Multilevel Asian spot with Chinese fare & dim sum upstairs & a Mongolian barbecue buffet downstairs.- Google
People talk about chinatown, all you can eat, cantonese roast duck, shrimp with asparagus and sweet and sour shrimp

Check out the upstairs from 11-3 at this great Chinatown spot! They have great din sum at a reasonable fare. It makes for a great time with friends, be it a regular saturday afternoon - or Chinese New Year (be sure to make a reservation in advance if you visit at New Year - it is packed)! The fluffy pork buns are absolutely to die for.

The food quality and taste were just o.k., but greatly overpriced ($17 for a bowl of noodles!). The atmosphere was awkward, with overly bright lighting and bleak staff standing too close to make things comfortable. Lastly, even though my party consisted of only two people and we had already tipped in the voluntary tip jar at the buffet, we were charged a mandatory gratuity. This is something I've never seen at any restaurant, let alone a buffet.

I love a good Mongolian barbecue and Tony Cheng's offers one heck of a Mongolian Barbecue. I love their location (right in the heart of DC's China Town) and the food never disappoints. If you love a good Mongolian BBQ and you're in the area then this place should be on your list of places to try.

Very nice, clean, professional and has a great taste. Looks fresh. But there is a very big problem with this restaurant they charge service automaticly at 15% and that is over the line. I don't think they should be allowed to force you especially that we didn't see a menu as it was all you can eat buffet. We had 7 dollar service charged for 2 on a ticket of 44 dollars. So don't forgot to add this to your check if you eat there. To bad a good meal ended in these shady practices as they refused to give us a copy of the ticket at first, when I asked about the service charge Oh and they don't refill, very strange for a all you can eat. I was gone give this 4 stars but the way they handle, we felt misused by their practices.
