Wandering Stylus is the new alter ego of London rave veteran Luke Kelly.
With a DJ career spanning several genres, a range of different identities and 3 continents, the Wandering Stylus project was a natural progression for Luke as he continues his global adventures. Having lived 'location independent' for the last few years moving around South America, Asia and Europe, the aim with Wandering Stylus is to capture and share some of those experiences through house and techno music.
Before the wandering began...
Luke has played all over the UK and Europe in front of crowds of up to 3000 people at venues like; Brixton Academy, Camden Palace (now Koko), Bagleys, Egg, SeOne/The Drome, Heaven, Birmingham NEC, Ministry of Sound, The Coronet, The Sanctuary, AIR, Alexandra Palace, Melkveg (Amsterdam, Holland), Collosus (Llorett de Mar, Spain). There have also been numerous secret warehouse appearances as well as some exciting times at festivals like Bug Jam and Dance Island.
A 10 year residency with Raindance, the UK’s oldest legal rave promotion - has taken Luke up and down the UK and across Europe. Under the name Lukozade he‘s played for all the major players in the rave scene in England, names like; Moondance, Slammin’ Vinyl, Hardcore Heaven, Innovation, Helter Skelter, HTID, Dreamscape. With his house and techno hat on, Luke has featured on the same lineup as DJ’s such as Eric Morillo, Chris Lake, Bodyrox, Funkagenda and Gordon Edge whilst also featuring regularly at ‘secret’ warehouse parties all over East London for parties like Deep Down.
