Come along to Hyper Fight Fitness and enjoy an afternoon of U.S.A. Boxing Illinois sanctioned amateur boxing with 12 contestants featuring our own boxers against opponents from all over Chicagoland. It's guaranteed to be another highly entertaining show!

Doors open at 6pm with the first bout at 6.30pm..........tickets $25. Appetizers and first drink on us.

GOT OLD SHOES?
Hyper Fight Fitness is proud to announce that we will be participating in SWALCO Reuse-A-Shoe Program, so instead of sending your old shoes to the landfill, bring them to Hyper before April 20th and MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Shoes of all types and in all condition are accepted. The only exception - ice skates, snow boots, and rollerblades. The great news is that 95% or more of all the materials collected will be recycled or reused and not only that – you can be a part of this great effort!

With the Bootcamp setup, we will challenge you to take your traditional routine up a notch with our high-intensity Sweaty Sunday workout.

This amped up, cardio twist on our regular Bootcamp class will get you super sweaty and confuse your muscles (in a good way). Instead of the usual one minute plus we typically do each move, moves will be done for shorter 30-second bursts, paired with other moves that work the same muscle group and then repeated in the same block. Transitions are quick and so is your heartbeat during this class.

Lukasz Guzek and Bogdan Maciejczyk will push you to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing. The heart throbbing music and the undying energy in the room…..It’s quite the environment to get a killer workout in.

Can Dehydration Cause Belly Fat?
Dehydration occurs when the amount of water leaving the body is greater than the amount taken in and is one of the main causes of weight gain. Dehydration affects the ability of your body to burn fat, encourages excessive calorie consumption and slows down your metabolism. This leads to excess fat being stored in your body, including around your stomach.
Importance of Water
Almost two-thirds of the human body is made up of water, and water acts as a natural appetite suppressant. It also helps to regulate your metabolism. In a study in "The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism" from 2003, metabolic rate increases by 30 percent after drinking 2 cups of water. When you become dehydrated, your metabolism slows down, affecting how your body burns fat. Your body mistakes thirst for hunger, which leads to increased calorie consumption. This can lead to stubborn fat gathering around your stomach, which is difficult to lose.

How to Make Cauliflower Pizza Crust in 30 mins

Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free
Produce
1/2 tsp Basil, dried
2 1/2 cups Cauliflower
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
Refrigerated
1 Egg
Baking & Spices
1 Kosher salt
Dairy
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Place cauliflower in a heat-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap with a few holes to vent. Microwave for 4 minutes, remove plastic, and stir to cool it off a little. Place cauliflower in a fine mesh strainer and use a rubber spatula to press cauliflower against strainer, pushing out any liquid. Use several paper towels and press down to absorb more liquid. You could also ring it out in a clean, dry tea towel.
Place cauliflower in a bowl and fluff with a fork. Add basil, oregano, garlic, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Mix well and taste. Add salt to taste (I find depending on the saltiness of my Parmesan, I need a few pinches of salt). Add egg and stir to blend completely.
Press mixture out onto a baking sheet. Press out to about 1/4 inch or slightly thicker. Keep mixture tight together and in an even layer. You can bake one large pizza or multiple smaller ones.
Place pan in oven and bake until golden brown. My pizzas tend to vary in time so sight is the best indicator. Generally 15-20 minutes is a good time frame, and it should be starting to brown on top. Remove from oven, top with desired toppings, and return to oven to melt cheese, etc. Let rest for a couple of minutes and then slice and serve.

Hello Ladies! We are 10 days away from the start of the Summer Body Fit Camp, and for those of you that are still hesitating, we would love to offer a FREE trial class, this Saturday, March 2nd at 10.15AM, so you can get a better understanding of the type of workouts you can expect from the 12 week program. This one-hour trail class will combine both aspects of training: cardio and resistance and will be coached by Luke. We hope you enjoy it!
