There’s an old tradition where the bridesmaids sign their names on the bottoms of the bride’s shoes with permanent marker. At the end of the night, the name that is the most visible is next to marry. (Also a cute way to incorporate your "something blue!") #weddingwednesday #patspeakweddings

We took our kids here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was such a fun experience! It was their first time skiing so we had them take a lesson... the staff was great! Very patient! Also their beginners area is perfect for the little ones!

Pats Peak is a great family oriented ski area! Sure, its no "big mountain", but the staff do a great job in trying to optimize a fun, safe, memorable experience. My family and I have been skiing at Pat's Peak for several years and have been season pass holders for the past 3 years because we love and appreciate all the hard work that goes into making this place run including the new expansion with additional trails and a new lift. Customer service has been great in responding to the occasional issue, ski shop staff are helpful and knowledgeable(willing to spend time looking things up too) and regular staff are typically very friendly and helpful. My family and I love Pats Peak!

POPS night is awesome. $45 for ski/snowboard rentals+lift tickets+lesson tips+tubing. Lines may take up to an hour but you get enough in during the 3-10pm time frame. Also, the people are so nice and helpful. Free baggage watch at their lost &found! Runs are a bit flat but overall a great place!

Pat's Peak is an Awesome place ski ski, ride, tube or just sit back and enjoy the sunny day at the Sled Pub. I have been skiing there for three years every Friday night and Sunday and the snow conditions are always 110% perfect. Pat's Peak has the friendliest ski patrol staff and the friendliest instructors around. It's a great place to teach your young ones to ski or a great place to enjoy wild terrain. For those of you wild ones who like to catch some big air, head over to the Turbulence Park in the Valley and enjoy some beastly jumps and head over with a jump pass and pull some nasty stunts onto the newest edition, the big airbag at the F5 terrain park. Have fun, enjoy and as always thank you for skiing and riding at Pat's Peak.

We visited Pat's Peak on Monday, December 30th. Arrived at 9AM and were guided to a parking spot very close to the main lodge. We have 3 young kids (ages 3, 6 and 8) who had never skied before. We dropped the 3 y/o off at the child care center which had a lot of staff and seemed clean and a comfortable spot for a little one. We then dropped our other two off at the Bear's Den. We purchased tickets in advance so they were expecting us. The staff quickly fit the two for equipment and headed out to the slopes. The instructors were great. Our kids couldn't even stand up on skis at first and by the end of the day they were able to confidently get down the beginner level runs. The 3 year old went out for a lesson in the morning for an hour and again in the afternoon for 1 hour. All the kids had a great experience and want to go back again soon. My wife and I have skied on and off for 10 years. We found the equipment adequate, lifts to be pretty quick and the beginner and intermediate runs are good - pretty long and well groomed. The price for a family of five is a bit lower than most other ski resorts in the area. I would highly recommend Pat's Peak for families, especially if the kids are going to ski school.

The tubing was not meant for young adults to enjoy, it was meant for kids. 6 of us adults went to go tubing and when we got there we were very disappointed with the quality of the hill. The advertisement online were deceiving when they said that it is meant for all ages. This would be okay for kids to enjoy, but not teens or adults. After asking the staff if we could get our tickets refunded once we saw the hill, they said that we could not. They were not very understanding of the situation. If you want to go tubing, go somewhere else. We went ahead and went tubing after paying $18 per person and the staff was also not personable. They didn't state any rules and were not very nice. However, one staff member did hit on one of the ladies we were with. When we stated that we were finished tubing, one of the staff members said, "Bye!".

Had a random freak accident and was ignored by staff day of and when contacting them after due to severity of injuries! The staff in no way makes any effort to inform people of any rules or safety measures for tubing! And the mesh fencing with exposed metal poles is a huge safety risk! My husband and I thought the tubing sounded like a fun way to spend the day. We have done it at numerous places in Massachusetts and always enjoyed it. Usually before you go down the hill or when you are purchasing the tickets some asks if you have tubed with them before. It is usually then explained the tubing rules for that specific hill. If you can lie on your stomach or if they prefer you to sit in the tube legs out, if you can go down in groups or not etc. My husband went down ahead of me and sat in his tube. The person who told him he was "clear to go" looked at him and never said we don't allow sitting like that here. It was after he slammed into the netting at the top of the hill you have for breaking that the girl at the bottom told him he could not sit like that and needed to drag his feet. I layed down on my stomach to go down and not only went to the top of the brake hill but as my tube got caught in the mesh you have at the top it sent me flying in the air. I was lucky to come down on the same side of the net as the tubing hill and not on the back side and I very clearly remember looking down with the netting underneath me having no clue which side I was going to land on and praying it was the tubing hill side. As I came down my head hit on the metal pole they have holding the mesh up. When I landed at the bottom the girl said to me extremely coldly "you didn't drag your feet." Falling head over heals down the stopping slope my shirt and coat rode up to a mortifying level and at that point I left and did not take the time to evaluate my injuries and ask for insurance information. When we got back to our hotel I realized that not only did I have a bump on my head, but a chipped and cracked front tooth (which I now find out requires a root canal) as well as numerous bruises and a fat lip that appeared the next morning. The staff in no way makes any effort to inform people of any rules or safety measures! And the mesh fencing with exposed metal poles is a huge safety risk!
