Bridget,
I am sorry you feel that way. The repair to your Prius was quite large and there was hidden damage after getting it into production. Your vehicle was started immediately after we had the approval from the insurance company. The final cost of damage to your vehicle was over $13,500 and was projected to take 3/4 weeks to complete. We received the ok to proceed on the 25th of February and completed your vehicle on the 27th of March. This was just over the projected time-frame calculated by the insurance company. As for the price changing? Anything added to the final cost of the repairs was approved by your insurance company. Your out of pocket was only your deductible and because your felt the repairs took longer than expected we gave you a discount. Quality repairs and customer service is our main priority. We don't get paid for the repairs until they are completed, so not working on a vehicle does us no good. Once again sorry for the way you feel your repairs went.

Sincerely,

Sean Snyder CEO

Zach,
Your vehicle was delayed by the insurance company paying for the repairs. They dragged their feet on approving hidden damage and would not allow us to move forward until they approved it. I am truly sorry about the time frame of the repair, but we wanted your car back on the road as soon as possible to open up room for us to handle other customers. Making sure the repairs are completed 100% back to the manufactures specifications is our goal and I believe that was achieved with your repairs. If you felt the repairs took to long and your out of pocket rental expense was more than expected please contact our office and we can assist you in reducing that expense. Thank You for being a customer and we value your feedback.
