What an adorable idea!  LOVE the star shaped strawberries on top....this is right up my alley.  MUST.MAKE!  Thanks so much for sharing with us at Weekend Potluck.
Here is a fun and easy poke cake that is perfect for your Independence Day or other patriotic celebrations. A small star food cutter makes mini red stars out of strawberries, which pop with blueberries against the white frost...

Happy Monday!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. The hubby brought home a couple of movies he picked up at the library.  Cue the eye rolling and the sighing.  You see, my hubby is not known for picking great movies to ...

Sounds wonderfully refreshing...and easy!!! Want to try soon.
I wanted something to eat besides chocolate.  We had our Dark Chocolate Coconut Bunny Butt cake for Easter...It was good!  I still have some coconut left so I thought I would make a pie.  It has been so long since I made this...

Lowfat and yummy beyond belief!! Easy as easy gets to make. Enjoy soon!!
FYI: We are on the road headed South to warmer temps for a few weeks...God graciously laid this opportunity in our laps just a couple of weeks ago. I will be slowing down some...be on the lookout for some great guest posts while I'm away...and for new recipe posts on Sundays and Tuesdays.

What a tasty sandwich...and so easy.  You can use deli meat or fresh cooked turkey...let your crockpot keep them warm until ready to serve.  Only 5 simple ingredients and you're ready to 'roll'. Enjoy every warm comforting bite!
We had lots of turkey left over after Christmas, and this was a real hit with hubby! It was quick and easy and I am sure this will become a regular at our house. I froze some leftover turkey so we can enjoy it again later this year. Cheesey, filling, satisfying and oh so delicious!

Score! What a great recipe.  It caught our attention at Weekend Potluck and is being featured at this week's party.  Thanks so much for your faithfulness to share with us.  Have a super weekend. http://thebetterbaker.blogspot.com/2015/07/crockpot-peach-crisp-weekend-potluck-178.html
This Sweet & Spicy Sriracha Cheese Ball is the perfect combination of sweet & spicy with its roasted, crunchy sriracha almonds, sweet dried apricots, and an added extra kick of heat from a little sriracha sauce.

How wonderful to know this!  I'm with you...makes me SO sad to see those rotting berries....thanks for sharing this great solution.
This is the time of year when berries have exploded in the produce section of stores.  We love eating fresh strawberries, right out of the package. It's so discouraging though, when just a few days after purchase, cause I ...

A delicious and healthy way to begin the day.  Use blueberries if you prefer. Top with yogurt and/or milk for a filling breakfast to keep you from being hungry until lunch time.
Oatmeal is so good for you...and the Greek yogurt adds protein...and then there's fruit to sweeten it up! I used part oat bran for the oats to add more protein and fiber. Oat bran is also low in sodium and cholesterol. What's not to love? This dish freezes well and reheats nicely too, ...

An amazing, and easy, dessert that will WOW anyone who gets to taste it. This crockpot cake is the best ever!! Serve warm with ice cream and get ready for OOOOOHHHH's and AAAAHHHHH's!
CALLING ALL CHOCOLATE LOVERS!! I've had a long standing 'affair' with chocolate. This scrumptious recipe is moist and awesome!!! Use peanut butter or chocolate chips...your choice. Just pour boiling water over the top and let it cook. A.MA.ZING! and INCRED.I.BLE!
