If you're in or visiting the NYC area this summer, you may want to take in the Judith Leiber, Crafting a New York Story, exhibit at the Museum of Arts and Design.
There's much more to Judith Leiber than the purses that most of us have come to love. She was truly a trailblazer in the handbag industry, at a time when that was a very difficult thing to do. On top of that, she worked under my all time favorite designer, Nettie Rosenstein (another trailblazer) during her early years here in the States but her history starts in Budapest and spans 65 years.
So if you can, visit and if not, visit the museum's site below for a little history.
The exhibit runs through August 6th.

Dunster Castle by +Mike Perry
Please read Mike's original post for more info on this beautiful castle.
DUNSTER CASTLE
Dunster Castle, high on a hill in the village of Dunster in Somerset, has over 1000 years of history. In 1379 the Luttrell family moved in and occupied the property until the late 20th century. The castle is now managed by The National Trust and is a popular tourist attraction.
