Cheapest Apts around. Being that, you have some disgusting neighbors that attract bugs. Maintenance is good. They get things done as soon as they can. Its not a small complex. The security is way below par. I have had numerous packages stolen and just today my floor mat outside my front door. Petty people obviously live here. For the price you pay, its a decent complex. I honestly they would charge more to keep out the worthless trash.

This is my first apartment & I Hate this place cannot wait to move its a rip off. You have to pay for everything a resident should not have to pay for. When I was inquiring about this place it all seemed nice, was told we would have access to pool and gym. Come signing day they tell us we have to pay for a pool pass! Who does that residents should receive free passes we're not guests. You have to pay $20 to have an access key to the gym after the leasing office is closed, also bull. I have a one bedroom on the top floor and it's awful. I called and complained to the leasing office that there are SQUIRRELS inside the roof. You would think I have neighbors over head of me they are so loud they wake me up, they're running around banging and scratching against the wall, I can hear them in the vents sounds like they will come through the ceiling any day. This place is no Bueno. 👎

WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OUR WORST ENEMY! Before signing our lease, the staff was welcoming and enthusiastic. This all changed once we signed on the dotted line. We are victims of the ole ‘bait and switch’. We were told the pool and 24-hour access gym was included in our rent, however, you must pay to be a member of the pool, which is only open for 2 and half months, Tuesday-Sunday, 12pm-8pm. The pool was ALWAYS dirty with debris floating around. It is ran by high schoolers, which do nothing but sit and talk to one another. Moreover, the pool is always over crowded by misbehaved children whose parents don’t say anything to them. The gym has 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 1 stationary bike and 5 weight-lifting machines (no free weights). The gym is free during office hours, 8am-6pm, otherwise you must pay for a membership for 5 hours (7am-10pm). If you saw the gym, you would know this is not worth it. The staff is very rude, not empathetic and extremely unprofessional. They always make us feel bothersome and unimportant. This is very true of Eagles Walk’s maintenance department. We have had multiple problems that were said to be “fixed” by maintenance, but were never repaired. We were once told by a front desk office employee that we had to choose between not being able to lock our front door or keeping it as is, with a big gap between the trim and the door (which outside air was flowing in and out of). This is just a small example of the way our problems are dealt with here at Eagles Walk Apartments. We recently had a meeting with the Senior Property Manager because no one in the office was helpful in the least bit. The meeting has helped some things, but it’s too early to tell. There is no convenience living here, it has been more of a hassle than anything! Don’t let their low prices get you, you’ll regret it!

Man this place is a dump they can't seem to do anything right. Have had bugs in our apartment constantly since we moved in. Our apartment is about as well insulated as a cardboard box. They use a group energy billing that divides the entire complexes water and gas bill between the tenants, so you have no way to monitor your usage or conserve water and heat to save money. They send you there divided energy bill the day it's due so you don't even receive it in the mail until 3-5 days latter, then try to tell you your rent is late because somehow the idiots count there energy fee as rent. Can't wait till we move out in September.

Unfortunately I was brought to this complex by their cheap rates. It's been the biggest mistake of my life. The apartments themselves are cheap and old. The walls are wafer thin. Even when neighbors have quiet conversations they can be heard. When they get loud it's a nightmare! I've had difficulty sleeping ever since I moved in. Also, all sorts of smells roam from unit to unit. Everyone someone cooks, I smell it. Everytime the neighbors smoke Marijuana, I smell it. The place is a shit-hole.

Maintenance is horrible and the customer service within the leasing office are very rude. They do not try to help you. Maintenance takes their time with "fixing" things and there seems to be a rodent infestation for over 6 months. I recommend not moving here unless you would like to have some happy roommates move in for free because the leasing office clearly is not looking to fix this problem and I am tired of talking to them about it.

I honestly have to say from the first day I met with the office staff, I was impressed. I was met by a very courteous gentleman who walked me through all specials being offered by the Management Company. I told him an area in which I prefer my apartment be located and he found exactly what I was looking for. As for the maintenance department, I, of course had a few very minor details that needed attention when I moved into the apartment and within thirty (30) minutes someone was there to take care of everything. It is very quiet, beautiful wooded grounds sorrounding the entire apartment complex, children are well behaved and I've never seen children out running about after dark. Dog owners are responsible about cleaning up after their pets. I am more than pleased with my apartment, my neighbors, it's location, the staff, and the maintenance department. I would recommend anyone to join us here at Eagles Walk Apartments. Stop by, speak with a member of the office staff, and take a look around. :)

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX RIDGEVIEW OR EAGLESWALK I hate it with a passion they are very irresponsible, and I mean with everything: maintenance, office employees, managers, pest control, and everything else. they are quick to make you sign the lease and to take your rent money but when you need them to fix something they are never their. I lived here since February 2012 and hate it DO NOT MOVE HERE.............. TRUST ME YOU WILL REMEMBER THIS POST IF YOU DO..
