Hepatic organoids are the future of hepatotoxicity screening and AvantiCell are leading the way. Do you want to join us?

Brought to you exclusively by AvantiCell Science, Human Hepatic Organoids.
Stem cells are isolated from the adult liver and grown under optimal conditions which allow them to form 3D mini-organs – or organoids! These are novel tools for in vitro hepatotoxicity screening, a key step in preclinical evaluation of new therapeutics, like chemotherapies.

The stem cells then differentiate into functional hepatocytes and so behave as primary hepatocytes do without their very limited window of use. These are self-renewing, so your culture of hepatic organoids has no limits! You can see how they grow in the video below.

For more information on our organoids and their donors, visit our website - www.avanticell.com/products/human-hepatic-organoids - or contact our Sales Manager by emailing sales@avanticell.com

We are attending the World Preclinical Congress event in Lisbon this month and we will be presenting Cryotix™ : Plug and Play Cell-Based Analysis.

The first in our Cryotix™ product line is the 2D Stem Cell Toxicity Assay cryopreserved in a user-friendly 96 well plate format. The product uses human Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hMSC) derived from induced pluripotent stem cells. High recovery and retention of their differentiation potential post-thaw makes them perfect for analytical screening.

Check out our website for more information on the product www.avanticell.com/products/cryotix and to watch our customised animation on it's handling and use!

You can also contact us sales@avanticell.com to request a product information sheet or just some more information.

We can't wait to hear from you!
