I want to impart a little history on some of my Facebook Friends. LBJ was in office from November 22, 1963 – January 20, 1969. When Martin Luther King was personally lobbying Washington, D.C. politicians and the White House a...

Actually, if you click on the meme and ACTUALLY READ IT, then you would see that most people's income wouldn't be effected at all. The lowest income level of Americans is in the $250,001 - $411,500 range and that would go up ...

Please read my latest post about "The Progressive Party".
What I am calling for today is a new party, conceived in the original intention of the founding fathers, except not owning slaves and not deciding only rich white land owners vote. Shall we say, for the sake of my argument, a...

Introduction
I am an Arizona native, born and raised in Phoenix, although I have lived for brief times in other places. I am what one would call a Centrist. I don't believe in radical left or right stances and refuse to let the low information, regressive, right wing people call me "liberal" since that would be left of reality based on opinion, and I believe in facts and research of evidence.
Bragging rights
I am the author of "Is Anyone Paying Attention?" blog on blogger.com (http://dumbargument.blogspot.com/), the author of the "Arizona Mildman" YouTube Channel vlogs (http://www.youtube.com/user/azmildman) and I post regularly on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ArizonaMildman) and Twitter (@azmildman1).

I love this Clinic. The Dr's and the staff are all kind and helpful. I have referred several people to this clinic. It may be a drive for me but the facility and people in this facility make it worth it.

I have gone to the other "Hawaiian Barbecue" places here in the valley. I drove up to L&L on a whim. I have seen people on TV rave about the one plate lunch called "Loco Moco". I ordered that. The eggs were fine but the rest of it was either bland and tasteless or tasted bad. The hamburger patties really tasted rank. This is merely my opinion. When you order a hamburger patty in a restaurant, it shouldn't remind you of a TV dinner salisbury steak.

My first and last visit. I don't drink so I am not one of the people who is easily placated because of drunkenness. I didn't realize it was a sports bar but just wanted some decent wings, saw the menu online and ordered over the phone. I ordered some Native Strippers (breaded chicken tenders) I got the half pound and she asked 3 times if I was sure I didn't want the whole pound, then tried to tell me how much that was. I am sorry now I didn't just go to Popeye's for tenders. The batter had a strange taste to it. It was supposed to be Honey Barbecue but I could have gotten better taste out of a bottle of grocery store sauce. I was told when I ordered that it would be 15 minutes, got dressed and drove over, taking over fifteen minutes, thinking it might be cold. When I got there I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. I was disappointed and won't go back.

Two guys in back and one lady in front who looks angry all the time. I started to order two California Burritos that were four dollars and ten cents each. Then I changed my mind and ordered two Cheese, Egg, and Potato Burritos instead, which are three dollars and fifty cents each. That is a difference of $1.20 and instead she gave me 55 cents to make up the difference and when I said it wasn't right she tried to play stupid. The food isn't as good as Filiberto's - which they are trying to imitate. There were no customers in line and they took twenty five minutes to make two burritos and to get my order out but get a lot of talking done instead. The burritos were sitting on the counter for five minutes. It seems only one of them speaks English, and most of the customers didn't either. I wouldn't bother going back there if they were giving food away.

I would say that they have most everything that any other gym does and then some. The one exercise machine that I wish was available is one specifically designed to exercise the obliques, like the cybex trunk rotation machine. There are four hip abductors but nothing for the obliques (love handles). That would complete the entire ab control workout. With a pool, dry sauna, steam sauna, and spa, showers, locker rooms, and extra floor space for floor exercises they are a full service gym for the same price as the ones that don't have half the amenities.

I am surprised. I went there with great expectations. The atmosphere was like a nice dive bar. The service was pretty good because of the employees. The chips were almost inedible. Mexican food ingredients that may have equaled 2 dollars to make and an all beef wiener don't make it necessary to charge 8.50 or 9.50. I wasn't impressed. A really nice lady served me so I left her a small tip but the food wasn't worth the price. This place advertises as if they are part of the First Friday's Artwalk but it really seems overpriced and small for what I expected from their advertising and prices.

I have seen this place somehow survive at least 5 different owners over 20 years with the same name. No restroom, Evaporative cooling, but the menu has some variety, the french fries are the old style without worrying about economy sizing. Nice and hot with lots of salt and tasty. One can smell the potatoes in them and they aren't health food french fries like In and Out burger with hardly any oil or salt. I usually get the International Burger that comes with Thousand Island and I skip the onions. Sometimes with bacon and cheese, sometimes not. The hamburger patties are more like most high tech fast food places used to be before they started using fillers in the meat and worrying about mechanized food that fries off half the meat and has wafer thin vegetables or MSG in the lettuce. You can see the meat is larger than the bun and the veggies, though. The best part is the money they save on air and rest room gets passed on to us for $3.49 for a combo meal. Try it.
