I have gone to physical therapy in the past to deal with chronic knee pain that has come from playing sports. Although pt was temporarily helpful, acupuncture from Kay has proven to be far superior in the sense that I actually feel like I am going through a healing/cleansing process rather than getting worn down from constant muscle stress that comes with physical therapy. I would recommend Kay to anyone looking for help with chronic pain, and athletes looking for help dealing with injuries. Also, my acupuncture sessions were cheaper than physical therapy so that was a plus.

I'd recommend Kay not only because of the accupuncture she practices and her knowledge of healing, but because of her caring and trustworthy approach to dealing with patients. She adds a personal element to her work and I immediately felt comfortable in describing my issues so that we could both get to the root of the problem and fix it. I would recommend her to new patients without any hesitations.

I love the fact that Kay has a holistic approach to problems that her clients have. She started the first session with asking me about my life in general to understand both my mind and body. And then along with specific treatments she gave me personalized resources and tips that can help me stay healthy in my everyday life. She is caring and an amazing healer. I highly recommend Kay.

Kay is an amazing person, acupuncturist, healing and peacefull person to be around. She has a warmth like no other and explains things from her heart and knowledge. I would recommend Kay with honors. She is very connected with spirituality and good in all. Her warm, heartfelt "office" can not be considered an office. It is calming, warm and connectng to all of your senses. Thank you Kay for being fantastic, Kathy D

I highly recommend Kay. I believed in herbal medicine, but at first I was very skeptical of the needles. She did a great job first asking me about myself, my health, my habits, what I wanted to improve, etc. She then explained to me what acupuncture could do for me and the things I should be doing to keep healthy, stay allergy free and injury free during my running training. How many of your doctors or health care workers give you a hug at the end of your visit? Kay does...she's personable and simply great!!

I wanted to express my gratitude for Kay's profound attention to the care of my body, emotions and spirit, by passing along my highest recommendation for her work. I have seen Kay for an array of health issues that she has not only been able to treat successfully with her needles, herbs, and intuitive healing, but has educated me in the origins and treatment thus empowering me in my own ability to heal myself. I have the utmost respect for Kay's collaborative approach and for the integrity she brings to her practice where she truly walks the path that she teaches. Thank you, Kay, for sharing your gifts so generously with your patients.

I visited Kay Fields for left-sided hip bursitis. When I first started seeing her about three weeks ago, I had a terrible limp and was in a lot of pain. I felt like I did not have a life due to my condition; however, Kay changed that in about three weeks. I am currently about 70 to 75 percent better and I have a slight limp, and I am hardly in any pain. I still have future appointments with her; however, I am so optimistic about her that I feel that I will be improved and back to normal in a few weeks. Many people are concerned about the pain from the needles, and I would have to say that they are not bad and some you cannot even feel her inserting them. She is very gentle and you get to look forward to a massage afterwards. I highly recommend Kay. She is also a very caring and compassionate person.

I went to Kay for TMJ with related headaches and neck pain. After each visit with Kay, I felt relaxed and pain-free. Overall, the occurance of headaches was greatly reduced. She is an attentive listener and offers great advice. On her recommendation, I got a mouthguard to help with grinding while I sleep. The combination of the mouthguard and the accupuncture has ended my painful symptoms! Thank you, Kay!
