Great flying through this airport! Everybody did their very best to be accommodating and informative. Great shops and food as well. I especially appreciated the couple of local businesses the key in throughout the airport!

I was forced to wait about 2 houres without u understanding why. And finally I realise that comming as a jordanian tourist for 3 months is treated as a crime!! They also lost my bags. I was sopo excited comming to peru and learning the language and mow all I wish is to go back home!

My friend's family was robbed in the parking lot. The airport needs more security.

Friendly staff. Clean. Needs improved processing. Not enough agents to push you through.

I was with a group of 4 bound for La Cochabamba, BO. After experiencing a mishap in Houston, TX when our Continental flight left without us, with our stuff onboard for Argentina. We were sent to Lima instead. The plane we needed to catch at 23:00, weathered a nasty storm from NYC, which caused 2 delays, until 7:00 when it canceled. It was our only hope of getting to our destination via Chile. National Referendum Day was within 24 hours in Bolivia, so had to wait 3 nights. Lima Airport (LAN) put us up at the 5-star Sheraton Lima Hotel & Casino, all meals included! Value of our stay, at least $2500 for 4 of us. So, with the 8 hours I had in that airport, I was welcomed by very friendly clerks and servers. People really like to judge books to their covers, and really disrespect this nation, with their self-centered attitudes. The people here are super friendly. This is a 3rd world country where 87% live in poverty. These individuals who work at the airport can only be happier to meet someone with compassion and good spirit.
