Today we will be deploying an update to SAM Cloud with the following added bug fixes and feature updates:
SAMCloud - Fix billing screen race condition
SAMCloud - Billing and fixed discount bug fix
SAMCloud - Request category missing from Playblocks screen
SAMCloud - Station select start/stop and improvements
SAMCloud - Improve performance of query to retrieve next media item to play
SAMCloud - Added feedback button on station select and upload screen
SAMCloud - Streaming page not refreshing correctly after adding/removing relays
SAMCloud - Improve playblock name limit
SAMCloud - Validate relays before committing transaction
SAMCloud - Search improvement. Now allow and/or keyword search
SAMCloud - Fix EULA screen
UserZone - Remove billing for SAM Cloud from UserZone which moved to SAM Cloud

We will also be releasing an updated version of our streaming server with stability improvements. Some stations might experience a brief disconnection followed by an immediate and automatic re-connection.

We understand the grave consequences that resulted from the technical problems we experienced over the weekend which affected some SAM Broadcaster Cloud Stations.

Please note that we are doing a root cause analysis and we endeavor to provide feedback during the course of this week to give you insight into what happened, what will be done to prevent a problem of this magnitude to happen again and address any other issues you have raised. We are sorry for the inconvenience and problems the SAM Broadcaster Cloud outage has caused but we can report that the problem has now been resolved.

If your station is still unavailable, please stop the station, wait 2 minutes and then restart the station. If you do not hear any output after 1 further minute, please raise a support request at and we will investigate this further.

SAM Broadcaster Cloud deployment has been completed. We had +-15 minutes downtime on the WebUI due to a feature flag issue which was fixed as soon as it was discovered.
