Clean, stylish decor. Free range, organic, gluten-free, all-naturale buzzwords. Patrons that use terms like "buzzwords", "klout", "O-M-G", "quinoa". Speaking of, "Herbaceous Aioli" is a thing. Fish tacos sold here, for reasons beyond me, better than those at local Mexicali stops. Drinks that make you think "So you're saying I can just blend together every vegetable I bought at Whole Foods? Neato". Fk'n amazing pizzas. Leaving with a feeling of doing your part, dude, or sticking it to the man, whichever you prefer. Nice place for a light dinner date. I meant that in both ways.

This place serves very clean dishes. Most veg-friendly places will not have much variety of dishes, although this place has very filling pastas and full entrees. You order at the counter then wait staff will bring it out to your table. Service is great because you can sit in a spacious, open-air hall with plenty of distance from others and free wifi to be entertained. Great place to study or work for 3 hours (if you can find free parking). Thanks for introducing me to seitan chicken!

Great place to eat at after a workout/hike! PROS: - everything is under 600 calories - they offer gardein options! - not sure what they do to their brussel sprouts, but they are deelishh - wide variety of items for all you picky eaters - lyfe chia water is only 99 cents - cute decor - parking can be found at nearby structures - free 2 hrs! CONS: - service was a little slow

Super delicious, and very wholesome food/ingredients. I particularly like their fresh juices... every single one of them is very fresh tasting and super healthy for you. They have a lot of vegan/vegetarian options, but are not solely vegan/vegetarian, and still have plenty of meat options as well. It's a little pricey, but that is what is expected from good food made with good ingredients.

3.5 stars rounded up. An absolutely GORGEOUS restaurant!!! Large and airy, with a lot of blonde wood and cushy chairs. Enough space between seating arrangements for privacy and quiet enough that I saw people working on laptops in the back of the restaurant. You order your food at the counter. I tried: - seasonal flatbread (spicy eggplant) - I liked it although I thought it wasn't spicy at all! - roasted brussels sprouts and squash - very good although a hint of sweetness because the dish has cranberries - mushroom spinach penne with gardein chicken - my sister's dish. Pretty tasty! - hibiscus beet drink - very pretty color and tastes pretty good! Definitely get a beet taste. Service is super friendly, the guy at the register was very helpful with recommendations and pointing out the most popular items. Food is brought out to you at your table. Self serve water and utensils. Park at any of the Culver City lots - free for 2 hours! I'll be back to try more of their menu options. LYFE reminds me of Native Foods except not completely vegan.

Just like its counterpart in Tarzana the Lyfe Kitchen in Culvery City rocks it for a healthy lunch or dinner. Today I tried the fake crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The whole wheat bun was a little much but after removing the top bun it tasted fantastic. I got some sweet potato fries on the side to share with my co-workers and it was all about the perfect amount of food. The only thing that sucked for me was that there was a small side salad which I thought was just Kale and carrots and dressing. After a few bites I was pretty sure I detected arugula which I am seriously allergic to. Thankfully I stopped eating it after two bites and my mouth numbness came and went fairly quickly.

I tried this restaurant with my girlfriend. We weren't too hungry and wanted to eat a little healthier. We walked past this place and decided to give it a shot. The first red flag should have been the separate vegan menus. That scared away about 1/3 of the people that entered this restaurant. But we were already there and decided to take the gamble. I ordered the Barramundi over soba noodles. The fish was cooked alright, but the seasoning was just mediocre. You can tell that this place is trying to be really healthy (low sodium, low calories, low fat). I'm not a great chef, but I could have microwaved a Gordon's fish fillet that tasted better than this. It wasn't the worst fish I've ever tasted, it just wasn't good. And they only gave me 12 soba noodles. My girlfriend wanted to try some of the soba and she managed to take all of the noodles in one scoop. The broth that they serve it with is bland. The other dish we tried was the portobella pasta. It tasted like a lean cuisine meal if 90% of the salt was removed. Bland is an understatement. If you want to eat healthy, go across the street to Tender Greens. If you want to eat vegan food, make it at home yourself. It'll probably taste better.
