The online reservation system works great. It was easy to find the check in and our names were on the guest list. I forgot the word "available" means not included in the price of the trip. Since I live in Miami and have scuba gear, the crew was very generous in renting just what I needed for the trip. In fact, I was really impressed that when my personal gear broke on the boat, they fixed me right up on the spot at no charge. The catamarans are big and spacious with plenty of seating for a full charter with a nice balanced of shade and sun. I have been out on various dive charters and was surprised to no be moored to a ball right over the reef. It was a big of a swim from the boat to the reefs, but the reefs they tooks us too were only 5-10 feet deep so the fish and coral were up close and personal! Most importantly I as impressed with how well the crew dealt with our kids. We brought 6 6-7 years olds out for their first ocean boat trip and first time snorkeling. They are good swimmers in the pool, but I had no idea how they would react to schools of fish being all around them. The crew added a fun doodle to the swim fest so they could just hang with their face in the water and take a breath easily without a snorkel. This made the snorkeling much more fun for the kids. After two hours in the water, we had a nice sail home and the kids were starving for dinner. We had a great family adventure about the Reef Roamer.

We took a trip out to John Pennekamp State Park on the Reef Roamer Catamaran. We did the sunset snorkel and sail with free champagne, and it was the highlight of our vacation. The underwater park was beautiful. We saw a huge sea turtle and several tropical fish—it was truly like swimming in an aquarium. Then we sailed into the sunset on the the very spacious catamaran and laid on the forward trampoline sipping champagne. The crew were so professional, entertaining, and great with my children. They let my daughter take a turn at the wheel, dressing her up in a captains hat; and they gave her a junior captain certificate, which she still hasn't stopped talking about. She made us print out our pictures right away so she could bring them into school and brag about her helm time. We had had some hotel trouble and plane delays initially, and this trip just made everything worth while. The boat does have trips all day long, I think, but the sunset one was amazing. Were not trying to sound like an advertisement, but it really was the best part of the whole vacation. Definitely find these guys to go with.

I took my 12 year old Daughter and 13 year old Son. We went on the 12:30 trip today. The boat was great and the crew fantastic. I loved that we went to a reef that the delph wet from about 2 feet to 25 feet. We saw lots of great fish . The crew was very helpfull in anything we needed or asked. I will recomend this trip to anyone i can. Keep up the great work.

Amazing reefs! We have snorkeled with them on three separate occasions. We were lucky enough to have beautiful days all three times. The reefs they take you to are full of colorful fish, including some very pretty angel fish. The staff was always very nice to me and accommodating.

They were kind enough to tell us there was a jelly fish problem, but not kind enough to tell us that it was virtually impossible to continue without getting stung. Of the 25 people on our boat only one other ordinary and myself braved the waters long enough to even reach the reefs. Only about half of the people even entered the water for more than 2 minutes and they all got to experience a sting. A few people even had some pretty bad stings in the face. To top it off, there was a storm coming and they said it would be fine. The storm resulted in a visibility of about 5 feet under water which didn't mix well with swarms of jelly fish. I wouldn't be so disappointed if they had refunded at least a portion of the money,or maybe a rain check. Because of the 2 hours we were to get to snorkle we only got about 25. So, if the other reviews are accurate their service appears to change like the weather. If all is good, it's no problem, but if things go even a little wrong, watch out. They want your money more than you business.

This was a great family outing! The boat was clean and the staff was knowledgable and very helpful. We saw the most beautiful sea life. There was a women on our trip who did not swim, the host was so great with her. You get a lot of time to snorkel. I hope we can go back one day.
