And of course I will identify and recruit that person, and where beneficial - sit in on the interview process. More of a management consultancy service, than a recruitment agency one. In-House Social Recruiting Strategy - helping businesses apply social media sourcing, campaigns, pipelining and attraction to their direct-hiring model. Recruitment Agency Training in Social Recruiting & Business Development - well, it is what I'm known for! I want to help good recruitment businesses understand how they can use social marketing to raise the bar of their brand perception and draw inbound business & candidate flow.Training & Consultancy around Talent Attraction in Digital Transformation - I am especially proud and thrilled to be collaborating with Tiffany St James and Charlie Southwell in their terrific Digital Transformation business, Transmute. We will be bringing a Talent Attraction & Engagement module to their repertoire, and in doing so joining up some of the final dots in how their brilliant model completes the digital change cycle in progressive business. Inspiring Future Digital Talent - as yet an unclear journey. Following the thrill of running #MyDigitalCareer in July, I still have an eye on creating #MyDigitalAcademy - looking for funding and serious collaboration on that. But I want to bang the drum for digital careers amongst our developing and future talent, and ensure the best opportunities to learn and get a commercial hold on this industry are provided. Two of my next 2 speaking gigs focus on this subject matter, and are for these people, and their career advisors. I want to work with more people on this area.
