Great place for Sunday Brunch, they even had a live DJ spinning on the day I went. Be sure to make a reservation, or you may end up waiting for a long while. The brunch menu offers bottomless mimosas in a variety of flavors, which is a great deal if you like mimosas...but be sure you have a designated driver after your meal, as those drinks can really sneak up on you. My favorite thing to get on the brunch menu is the breakfast pizza, but they offer a wide variety of items, including a great eggs Benedict dish. The crowd you'll find here is the very young & hip LA crowd, which makes for some fun people-watching.

I came to Sonoma Wine Garden for Brunch Yesterday. I brought my two clients from out of town because of the atmosphere and location. We got the Brunch Special which include one meal and all you can drink Mimosas for two hours. It took about thirty minutes for our Waiter to come to us after we first sat down. To start, we ordered the Pizza Margherita and Sunrise Pizza and we asked them to leave out the bacon on the Sunrise Pizza. When they brought the pizzas, the Sunrise Pizza had the bacon bits which they gladly took back in order to remake without the Bacon. Half way into eating the Pizza Margherita, I found pieces of hair on the pizza. I told the waiter and he took the pizza back in order to remake this one also. When they brought back the Sunrise Pizza it looked fine until my client whose a vegetarian took a bite and tasted bacon inside. It seemed as if they took the bacon off with their hands and their were still bacon bits left in the pizza. We asked the manager Michelle to come and see whats going on and her only reaction was "Ok, Ill take care of the pizzas and you guys are responsible for paying for everything else." I didn't bring up price or anything and with complete attitude she tells us that we are responsible for paying for the Mimosas and any other food we would want to order. This made us all feel so uncomfortable. To top it off, the waiter came only twice two bring us Mimosas and we ended up spending over $100 for two mimosas and half a meal which none of us enjoyed. To top it off, the waiter brought us the wrong Mimosas the first time around. I have never felt so uncomfortable and terrible at a restaurant in my life. I hope whom ever is reading this learns from my experience and goes elsewhere. It is too bad because the location and atmosphere are wonderful.

Best restaurant & wine bar in Santa Monica with it's fantastic location on the dining deck of Santa Monica Place. The quality, price and choice on the menu will suit all tastes and the list of quality wines is staggering and yet the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful with pairing a wine that suits your choice on the menu. My favourite this year was their Californian Zinfandel which went really well with their linguine. Sonoma Wine Garden is so good I visited there on the Friday and Sunday evening a week or so back and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Many thanks to my server Paris who was very professional, friendly and efficient and made me feel very welcome. Looking forward to returning next year.

Horrible dinner experience. I went there with my husband during our honeymoon. First they gave me a wrong dish so he started to eat alone, however his chicken wasn't cooked well so he had to return it. They gave him the same chicken which was already super dry (only when I finished my dish) Basically we didn't eat at the same time. Horrible, we didn't enjoy it at all and wanted to leave asap. On top of that the food didn't taste well. The restaurant is nice tho

Service could have even better. Food was decent. I tried to host an event here for 60 people they initially expressed interest then stopped communicating with me entirely for no reason.

I really enjoyed the domestic wine tasting flight with 5 different wines and there were generous pours. It was great seating at the outdoor patio next to the campfire. They even provide blankets for those who are more of the coldblooded type. It was just a relaxing evening spent sipping wine and reminiscing.

Park in the parking structure located right underneath Sonoma Wine Garden, its free for the first 90 minutes and than $1.00 -1.50 after for half hr. You walk upstairs and there you will find the food court and tuck right in the corner facing the ocean...or lack there of (more condos) you will fine Sonoma Wine Garden. I gotta be honest if you are paying for the view, you seriously might as well get something at the food court and dine at the beautiful bright lit tables. The decor was Wined out, as it should be being that it was meant to be a "garden of wine", its actually quite beautiful later in the evening as they light up all the candles behind me (view photo) Anywhoot, because I got the deal from Livingsocial - i spent $75 for 4 course meal plus wine pairings for 2! Sounded like a perfect deal, but it was just sub par in my books, Livingsocial deal had its own paper menu. First course, Tomato soup and beet balls with ricotta cheese - these were actually paired off with the perfect wine, it really heightened the soup and brought out the sweetness in the beet balls! Second course, the salami pizza with beer as the pairing and to me this was the least of my liking. Bitter and plain but my guy liked it enough to eat 2 slices. Third course was our entrees, he had the salmon and though the wine pairing for that was not as spectacular as our first course but it was still good. My Vegetarian Lasagna was tasty but drenched with spiniach and oil! So all in all the food was good but just slightly pricer for the location i guess, being that it was next to food court and the promised of a view made me lower the star by one! (food pictures were deleted from my phone by accident bummed about that!)
