This is by far one of the best restaurants my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The service was top notch and the food was just perfect. I had the diver sea scallops and wife had a steak. Both were of course cooked perfectly and were just amazing. I should mention that though I LOVED my scallops my wife found them a bit too rich. I like rich food though so it wa perfect for me but if you do not like rich food the scallops may not be for you. I can't remember the sides we had but they were wonderful as well.

I had a juicy and tender T-bone steak side with king crab which I think it's perfect.(better value compared to the porterhouse) The potato purée is very creamy. The mushroom assortment is great as well. Definitely one of the best choices for steak in Vegas.

I recommend getting the chef tasting menu. What we thought would be a simple three-course meal was actually portions of the entire menu brought out on three courses. It was fantastic and quite a feast. The service was excellent. Just give yourself some time to sit back and relax while there. It isn't fast service, but well worth it.

The service was good, but the atmosphere left a little to be desired, and the steaks were all very bland. Not what you would expect for a $120 dinner.

Ok, it's hard for me to write this because since I'm writing it, that means I'm not eating here and that's just a shame. Both of the times that I've been here, I've been quite pleased -- though one more than the other. However, it's still a fantastic place for some steak and fixings! I've tried the: Maine Lobster Bisque -- This is a solid and tasty lobster bisque. My only complaint was that it was a little bit heavy handed on the tarragon (to my taste). That's not to say it wasn't amazing, it was. Domestic Wagyu NY Strip -- I mean, it's wagyu and it's NY strip. There's literally nothing wrong with that. Domestic Wagyu Skirt Steak -- While I loved the NY strip, this one was honestly tastier. I've always felt that the skirt steak was a tastier cut of meat and this proved it. Oh, and the sauce they serve with this? Ridiculously good. French Fries -- Spectacular. Seriously. Order two. Mushrooms Assortment -- Honestly, a bit of a letdown. They were just quickly cooked and not too much else. Asparagus -- A nice break from pure meat and potatoes bliss, nothing overly amazing about them, but also nothing wrong with them either. Brussels Sprouts -- I get the Brussels in many of the places I go, and these ones are pretty solid. Cinnamon Monkey Bread -- There are no words to describe the pure amazing that is this monkey bread accurately. Out of 100 times, I pick a chocolate dessert 99 times. This is the rare occasion that I didn't and it's the right decision. Let's not fully bury the lead though, the bread that comes to the table? I bet you can't eat just one. The service is also impeccable. If you're looking for a quality steakhouse, you're certainly on the right track coming here.

Not impressed, ordered the roasted 16 ounce New York Bone in for $62,00. It was tough and for all practical purposes uneatable. Wait times between main course and dessert menu was long, the dessert was good, but you can get good dessert lots of places without having to pay $15.00 for it. My advise, go somewhere else

Very good meal. I had the roasted New York Strip and it was cooked perfectly and the taste was great. The service was great and we really liked the atmosphere.

(Sorry for the formatting, Google doesn't allow formatting in these) So, I am not one to shy away from a high priced meal, or an ala carte meal. Craftsteak is one of those places where your salad will be $13 and side to go with your steak is $15. Steaks range from $40 up to (I think) $80. My steak was very good, great flavor, cooked properly. There are a few things though that soured the whole experience: The Time. Not saying it had to be super-quick, but we were there for 2.5 hours! We ordered appetizers and then the waiter disappeared until someone else brought out the appetizers. Then he took our main food order and disappeared again until the food came out. Later after we were done eating, once again, he disappeared for a while before he came back and we asked for our check at which point, he disappeared yet again. When you are done eating, thumping your fingers on the table, and looking around (because you are bored), you have entered a bad spot. Food Quality/Customer Service. So my wife ordered the Flat Iron Steak ($40) cooked medium. The steak came out. She commented that it was very hard to cut due to a gristly texture and it was extremely chewy. Once my wife got the steak cut open, one of our friends had a medium-rare steak said that it was done way less than hers (meaning rare, possibly even less). We called the waiter over and explained that the quality of meat was not great and it wasn't cooked properly. He apologized and asked if she would like a Filet instead. She said that would be okay. After he left, she said, she would have been fine with just another Flat Iron, but appreciated the upgrade. The manager came over and apologized as well and said the new one would be out very soon. When the Filet came out, the waiter said that the Chef apologizes as well and he again apologized. So far so good right? Her Filet, while cooked perfectly, was not flavorful at all, but at that point, everyone else was pretty much done eating and my wife just wanted to eat her steak. So we are all done and we get the check. On it was listed a Filet (10 oz for $56, which is the normal price). We called the waiter over and explained that she ordered the Flat Iron and it wasn't up to quality and not cooked correctly and the waiter offered to replace it, so given what we understood how things worked, we should have been charged for the Flat Iron only (our friends at the table were in agreement). The waiter said "well, not necessarily". I said "not necessarily?" He looked at me for a few minutes and said that he could speak to the manager about it, to which I said "yes, I think you should." After about 10 minutes he comes back and says sorry about that, we adjusted the price for you. I opened up the check. It still listed the Filet, but the price was reduced to $46...At that point my wife, told me to just pay it and get out of this place. So I did. In ALL restaurant situation I have been in, when something is not right, the replacement you get is on the house. I could see if we changed our order, but we did not, the waiter offered a different cut as a replacement. While we are talking about a $16 difference at most, that isn't the point. It was having the mistake and then the "not necessarily" that really set it off, and finally, the attempt to fix it wasn't even right (knocking $10 and not $16 off). In the end, we left and will not be going back. Even though my steak was great and the sides we got were very tasty, the experience was soured by the poor customer service displayed by the waiter (in both the situation and the disappearing). In addition, the five friends we were with were appalled on how the situation was handled and also stated they would not be going back (and they were also not pleased with the disappearances of the waiter).
