Great Google Doc spreadsheet of Soylent, with Amazon sourcing per-item.

There's so much great, detailed information here! Vanaka, the creator, deserves a medal or a month's supply of soylent or... a free SoyBot :)

That would make more sense for "catridge"

As far as being uneasy, there are going to be plenty of Source lists that are being built by the community already.  These would probably come with the SoyBot so you can already have a trusted source list.

I bet if I did a search, I'd have found that this joke is already played out. But I didn't, so here you go...

A man named Ben Krasnow has been building a mixing robot to make chocolate chip cookies. It looks like he's solved a lot of the trickier issues surrounding the construction of a mixing robot. I'm going to try and reach out to him, since making people healthier seems like a much better use than making them chocolate chip cookies.

How about a Soylent cookie? Some people on http://discourse.soylent.me are already experimenting with making breads out of it. Challenge: How much nutrition can we cram into a cookie-like-object and still have it be edible?

This link will show you what Soylent looks like visualized as a simple pie chart. It's pretty nifty, and I intend to use this as the basis for the SoyBot web UI:

Today's inexplicable earworm: George Thoroughgood's "Bad to the Bone" sung to the tune of My Bloody Valentine's "Sometimes".
