We all love gazpacho, chilled tomato soup with origins in Spain. Here we have a great balanced pH recipe not just for the hot days, but even kids love it. Parsley gazpacho with cucumber, lime and avocado, with great seasoning, it's really yummieh!

Great Alkaline Recipes: Red Pepper with Zucchini Salad

Zucchini is just a wonderful vegetable for "Alkaliners" and can't be eaten often enough. It has a very low calorie content contains huge amounts of antioxidants.

Bell pepper on the other hand - use GREEN pepper for variety! - is a very rich source of Vitamin C. It contains even three times more Vitamin C than fresh oranges!
