Our AC unit was not operating properly and our landlord has a service contract with Amtek. This time of the year we were surprised how quickly they responded. Tim listened to our problem with the unit and immediately diagnosed the cause of the problem. Tim was great, he stayed while we tried to get in touch with our landlord in order to get the situation resolved and even got us next day installation and if you live in Florida you know important that can be. My wife and I can't put into words how thankful we are that Tim was a true professional and compassionate person who did everything he could to help us in this and we would recommend Amtek for AC service and having quality service reps like Tim Ohmart make it a pleasure to do so.

Technician Charlie Johnson was here yesterday for an AC tune up. He took his time explaining every aspect of AC to us, noting that our unit was twelve years old and on its last legs. After listening to our options concerning our AC unit, we decided to have AMTEK install a new unit.
AMTEK is very lucky to have Charlie Johnson as an employee. Workers like Charlie are few and far between. It was refreshing not be pressured into a sale.

Chris T. was very professional and took his time explaining all of our options. He was very patient, considering the barrage of questions we had, so that we could make an informed and educated decision about our major purchase. After ""several" estimates we made our decision based on Chris T., Warranty/Guarantee, price and time of install.
Chris T. and the installers showed up at the scheduled appointment time. We would highly recommend Amtek Air.
Side note: All were very clean and considerate of our home. This was by far the best experience we have ever had replacing an A/C unit.

A most delightful experience. I received a cold call from Amtek Marketer "Vito". He was courteous and professional and explained the Amtek promotion which peaked my interest. I asked that he sign me up and also if he would to provide me a quote to replace my two residential air conditioning units. He did so and Mr. Chris Fontana, Amtek Business Developer within the hour was in my home explaining the different units and allowing me to make my decision. I did so and asked Mr. Fontana when the units could be installed, as we were leaving for a few days. He said tomorrow, if you like, and tomorrow (4 Jan) it was.

The Amtek installation team that arrived on 4 Jan was led by Mr. Ceasar Agron (sp). They arrived at 10:30AM and worked until 8:30PM installing two Lennox Air Conditioners, thermostats, air cleaner/UV units, and cleaned the air handlers. The team worked through their lunch hour and were neat, professional and courteous. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

Both my wife and I were extremely pleased with the work that they did and the manner in which they performed. Great team and certainly and unequivocally we will recommend Amtek to our friends and associates in the future.

Thank you Mr. Fontana for doing what you said that you would.
