Great place to live! I work most of the day and so coming to this apartment makes it relaxing when everything is in good shape. Super close to the 1-15 Freeway! The only thing I wish is that my router could work in the apartments. They haven't been updated to fit the bigger sized router cables. You're within a 10 minute drive of AMC and Megaplex movie theaters, restaurants, and parks. Overall I'd recommend this place!

Overall not a terrible place if you're a smoker but if you're not a smoker you will smell strong cigarette smoke through the complex. Be prepared to pay petty extra fees on top of your high rent including parking, trash, water, sewer, etc. When your first lease is up they WILL raise your rent - they tried to raise mine $85 a month upon renewal. If you need to stay a few days past your original lease, be prepared - they wanted over $2,100 per month to extend my lease. My advise would be to consider other housing options.

I'd have to agree that sometimes management doesn't really do anything about problems. I am really surprised with how quiet and clean our place is though. We are on the top floor on one of the furthest west buildings so maybe that makes a difference, but reading these reviews really would scare me to live here even though I love it. I guess just to be safe, try and get top floor west side haha.

Over all I can't say that I don't like living here. As a current resident, I have found little to complain about. Aside frome being the only white guy in the building and trying to explain to my neighbors that they were parked in my spot, their dogs are too loud, or their kids find it hilarious to knock on my door everyone they walk by it, I don't mind it here. Utilities are rediculous and the cost of a single bedroom apartment is way too high! But over all I like it. I live on the west side of the building and on the top floor with my balcony facing the temple. (I'm not religious) and it's normally pretty quiet. My biggest problem is that absolutely don't live here if you have a truck. Not only can it be hard to park, but it seems like the people here just HATE trucks. My dually (that I use for work and is my main source of income and transportation ) has been keyed twice, broken into once, and plenty of nasty notes and fake parking tickets have been left on my truck. I've never taken 2 spaces and I'm always looking out to make sure that I leave enough room on both sides because my truck is so big and still I get almost harassed about my truck. It definitely seems like I have more negative to say than positive, but I really do enjoy the management and can't say that it's the complex's fault that people are so mean. They've always done what they can to help in a situation and they just seem to know who I am. When I walk in to pay rent, ask a question, or use the pool or gym they have, they know my name, my truck, and are generally friendly. I would definitely like to stay here regardless of what happens to my truck (insurance covers all the vandalism anyways so I don't let it get to me) but it's just too much money to live here and will be looking for a new place when my lease is up.

We haven't been here a full month and it's been a 50/50 experience. We have a 1 bedroom apt and will be leaving when the lease is up.. Pros: The area is surprisingly quiet, the apartments are fairly spacious, management is great, covered parking and washer and dryer included. Cons: there are 6 acs blasting all the time by the bedroom. If you are a light sleeper this is going to be an issue. I feel like I should just plug in a vacuum and let it go all night lol... Our old apts only had our ac next to the window so it wasn't bothersome.. This isn't really the apartments fault but the neighbors are so inconsiderate. The one next to us is always running their washer and dryer in the middle of the night and that's next to the bedroom.. Another has no issue blasting their music or TV really loud.. I do feel like the deposit and rent is a little pricey considering of these things: the flooring has random "sink holes" I step in and the flooring isn't even carpet (besides bedroom) nor tile. It looks like wood but it's fake; it's the stuff that's like a sticker you lay down. (I am not sure what that's called). The appliances are not dated either.. We lived in an apt that had a 150 deposit with real flooring and better appliances. Like some other reviewer said, they show you the updated room then give you nothing like it. Other than those issues, honestly the apts aren't that bad.

You do not want to live here. There are way better apartments for the price point in the area. When you go to see the apartment they will take you on a tour of a modern apartment that has been updated and has beautiful appliances. When you move in however you will see that you are in an apartment that has old cabinets, appliances and everything. It looks like it was designed in the 80's. This bait and switch practice is unethical. When we moved in we found previous tenant items as well as bugs. The apartment was dirty and was not properly cleaned for us. The apartment parking fills up frequently and you will consistently have to park forever away from your apartment. There is dog poop everywhere. The pet deposit is low so if you have a pet that could be a plus but if you don't be prepared to step in dog poop a few times during your stay here. On Move Out the apartment community will try to charge you an $120 cleaning fee. If you have spent time cleaning the apartment and feel that the apartment is cleaner than when you got there talk to the manager they will sometimes wave this fee. About the only thing that was positive for me at this community was the maintenance staff. They were quick to respond and fix things. In short, don't live here. There are way better places to live in the area for the same price. I will never do business with Weidner apartment homes again. I have never felt more deceived and cheated by a business. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else to live.

Horrrible customer service. The maintance team is crack, but the front office is negligent- even for maintenance emergencies. The garbage is pretty horrible too.. overflowing, strewn about, stinks.

Over priced and out dated buildings. Low quality...
