How about Bruce Bueno de Mesquita and "Dictator's Handbook", or Peter Turchin's "War and Peace and War"? Already, mathematics and game theory has gone mainstream in the analysis of history and in prognostication.
But computers aren't going to be able to prognosticate far into the future or with fine detail. The physical weather is too complex for that. More so the "weather" of the human storms of depressions, wars, booms and busts, and so forth.

The notion that she should be sacked for complaining about this stop is utterly crazy. So if she's got a pretty thin skin when it comes to interactions with cops? That's not a firing offense. It's not any sort of work-related offense. It's just a personal quirk in a world full of quirky people.
On the other hand, maybe the officers had a point. They didn't want her to get hurt. Because, umm, Black Lives Matter.

All this talk of who should die is reckless foolishness. The way to stand down the conflict and restore peace does not go through passionate talk of blood and hanging.

Russians play chess. Americans play poker. Neither makes a habit of Russian roulette. Stop playing with fire. The situation is dangerous enough as it is. Cool judgment is needed here.
