Gen-Pob'18 Workshop (www.gen-pob.org) was fantastic! We had 16 students from 4 countries (Colombia, U.S., Bolivia, & Peru) meet up in Iquitos for 12 days of population genomics lectures, practicals, and field trips, with Jeff Peters from Wright State University and Phil Lavretsky from the University of Texas El Paso. To add, I got a Doctor Honoris Causa the week before at the XICPO Congress. Iquitos couldn't have treated us better.
