When I go to a chain restaurant the least I expect is consistency in the food, this place didn't meet that minimum expectation. We ordered lettuce wraps, Kung pow chicken, Buddha's feast and almond chicken. The Kung pow was very salty and flavorless, the chicken was cold and the sauce lacked sesame seed oil, what gives it it's distinctive aroma. It was not spicy at all. The taste of the food was just okay, no aromas and no flavors. The service was average.

I have been to many different PF Chang's in several different states and this one is the best by far. My food is always delicious and cooked correctly. I also get wonderful guest service especially at the bar and since I work in retail im pretty about my service. If you love great food with wonderful service try this Changs.

Incredible service, food is PF Changs, same as everywhere which I like to have a couple of times a year. Rachel was our server, she was incredible. If you like Asian Fusion then give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Usually I enjoy going to P.F. Chang's, and I never have a problem, but today I had the worst experience. First, the place was so packed that I could not get a seat until about an hour had passed. When our server finally did arrive, she was very rude, and she seemed as if she did not know the menu at all. The food arrived and it was not what we ordered, and when the correct food did arrive, it was cold. We finished eating, but had to wait another 45 minutes just to get our bill, in which we were charged extra. Needless to say, I will not tolerate another visit like that.

I wanted to try the local PF Chang's. At 5:20 and a Saturday, My wife & I drove to the restaurant. The outside patio was empty of customers, and no one was waiting in line at the front hostess station. Inside, more than half the tables were empty. I was asked if I had a reservation, and I said no, as I did not. I was informed there was a 30 minute wait. Really? Outside was empty and the restaurant was 1/2 empty! No one in line! Don't go the this restaurant on a whim as you will wait for a table. Not impressed.

Thursday in Tucson, Az at 3:15p.m. my sister, daughter, husband and I went in to enjoy happy hour. When hearing we were doing happy hour, we were told we could sit at the bar or outside on the porch. We did not want to sit at the bar so we chose outside. It was a cloudy and breezy day and it did sprinkle some. No one else on the porch. My husband asked the waiter to please turn on the heater. The waiter very abruptly replied he was taking drink orders now. The waiter was barely visible once he took the orders. Several different people served the drinks and appetizers and then we discovered we had a new waitress, who was polite. My husband shared with her his displeasure with the waiter. She smiled and apologized. None of the staff seemed to want to be on the patio serving but it was your idea not ours. As the wind picked up we requested a move to another table. No help from the staff in this move. If you do not like people coming for happy hour, cancel happy hour. Do not be uncourteous and disdainful. Don't resent a customer that comes in to enjoy what you are offering.. Truthfully we felt like bad children that had been moved to the naughty spot. We have been customers for 15 plus years, but no more.
