Horrible customer service. Completely rude. And they DO NOT care about customer satisfaction. Did i mention they stole $10 of mine? They took it when giving me change for purchase. I came back just after noticing while outside the place. I came back in asking for my $10 back and they called ME a lair. I had no way of proving. I will be telling everyone I know not to visit this yard. This company is going to lose major business.

(1) This place has been horible since it changed to pick n pull... ( Tumwater WA Location) My father (small auto shop owner for 32 years in olympia) Went there yesterday he came up with (1) part and stated he still nee`d the hood. After handing the lady behind the counter a 100$ Bill he said well give my change and then we will re ring up the hood she said Don`t worry about it grab the hood we will ring you up once. He comes back with the part and the lady says OK here is you`re total He said i already gave you 100$ she stated No sir you gave me nothing. Pick n Pull Manager comes and says you are causing problems.. My father now pays with ANOTHER 100$ bill. Moral of the story? Why would a 32 year successful shop owner lie about 100 dollars? Thank`s for up holding the pick n pull reputation. Thief's

Went there to buy parts for a jeep. first the lady had no idea what she was doing or talking about then when we finally googled the part we were looking for and showed her she told us she only had 1 vehicle out in the yard. when we went out there were at least 5 vehicles of the same year. so we went out pulled the part from a vehicle that was already half take apart. we took our part to the counter and asked how much we showed her the parts we pulled had already been broken but would still work for us. she told us the part would be $60 I told her that was much to expensive as you could buy the part brand new for $40 she told us then to just go buy the part new so that's what I did. as we left the store she picked up the part and threw it into a pile outside the door smashing it to pieces. Also what greedy people expect you to pay entry into a junkyard. its a junkyard not an amusement park. I will not go back and won't be recommending this business to anyone.

since they changed owners, the lot is more organized and cleaner. The $2 entrance fee is a bummer, but it does cut back on all the tweekers going in and out. Pricing seems to be more fair also.
