Worst Customer Service in Cary, and this ignorant person calls himself the "manager". This is my first and will be my last review. I own a business and I understand that reviews are important for striving businesses that utilizes social media outlets such as Yelp, Google Maps, City Search etc. This is a honest review, if you want to eat at a place that is classless, rude, does not view paying customers as vital income and lack communication skills, please dine at Red Bowl. I took my young daughter out to eat here and she noticed the lack of customer of service as well. Wow! I am extremely shocked! Good Luck,

While the sushi is average the buy one roll get the second one free of equal or lesser value they offer on Saturdays is are no more than a play on words and in my opinion false advertising. They give you a menu to pick from with smaller rolls on one side and larger specialty rolls on the other. So if you order a 12.00 specialty roll and a different specialty roll or around the same price, you do not get the second specialty roll free if you order 2 smaller 6.00 specialty rolls. I know this is confusing but this is where they get you....instead of giving you one 12.00 roll for free and one 6.00 roll for free..they give you both 6.00 rolls for free so you are essentially paying full price for the specialty rolls they will always take the smaller rolls and give you those for free. This is buy several rolls and we get to pick which ones you get free. If I order two dragon rolls at 12.00, I want one of those dragon rolls to be free. Not two of the 6.00 dollar rolls you get for a child to be free. This equates to about 25% off not the 50% off they advertise. Do yourself a favor and do separate checks even if its one family. Half of you order specialty rolls, the other half order the smaller regular rolls and you bill "should" be as it supposed to be. I do not like to be duped or misled and for that reason I will not revisit this restaurant nor recommend it.

For the price, I expected something much better. I had bourbon chicken, and it was mostly just onions. After eating everything I wanted, the bowl was still more than half full of onions (and I had eaten a lot of them). The sushi roll I had was good, but given the price and the chicken dish I couldn't rate this place above 'Fair'

Fantastic food and service. I've never had a problem eating here and the food is always fantastic. The Drunken Noodles are probably my favorite thing. If you have the opportunity, sit at the bar. The manager is a super friendly guy and a hell of a bartender.

Great Sushi!! Reasonably priced, especially on their Saturday specials. Staff is extremely nice and truly cares about their customers.

Been a loyal customer since they open years ago. The food is always been good. The staffs are super nice and friendly.
