Stargazing Reeth was a great success and we raised £43 for Swaledale Mountain Rescue. It was a shame that the weather didn't allow us to do some practical stargazing but Richard's talk was very inspiring and we saw lots of photos. You don't need lots of technical equipment, a pair of binoculars is a good start! http://www.cambridgehousereeth.co.uk/Relax-Enjoy

My morning walk in Swaledale with the dogs, Jack, Dora and Peggy felt positively springlike; lapwings, skylarks, oyster catchers and grouse were all in evidence.

We've got a bit of snow but nothing to cause any disruption. The landscape just looks quite pretty.
