In That Tree..   Poetry

Once in every life... we face the strife..
head on ...full force.. stare it down
 we rise up..   from being knocked
around..get off your knee's ..
 stand on your own..remove that frown..

What happened... to that little boy
who thought... it was all free...
was that you ..or was it just me
 no fear.. no boundries..
could hold me there..  as my mind..
 it always... floated on air
and yet my feet ..solidly
 on the ground..
Everything.. it came and went... like the breeze,
when I climbed tree's.. thought I could fly,
 why was the sky ...blue
 and the day ...sometimes
 ...grey.....when the
 innocence was lost ,
who paid the cost.. it was you
or was it me.. in that tree

Subway Rider..

Every Subway rider has.. a story to tell
 let him weave his lines .. into a magic spell,
the forlorn look... of complete despair..
  while he rides this car... his mind... elsewhere
 If you could  talk to him ... what would you say..
 would you tell him you often ....feel this  same way
 tired of that... old  rat race..
 would he be able to see it .. there on your face
 If the conversation strayed ..    would you be... delayed
could you make the time.. and listen to... his whine
 or would you have to leave... your heart.. on your sleeve
 casting behind ... the story he weaved
 sitting there ...would you dare
to open your eyes.. and find a surprise

Read between the Lines..

I love it ...when my stream goes dead.. because wicked thoughts.. then fill my head.. Space ships landing in central park.. sitting alone in the dark.. lonely women who shout with glee...
 Hey... he wrote a poem for me.. blah, blah,  blah, the television speaks ... all the crap it talks, ...that shit reeks.. another post my heart leaps .. write a comment about some creeps..
 If they only read between the lines.. something strange they might find.. the secret ingredient  that all try to see..
 there is no secret ..
it is just me.. 

I see the world.... through different eyes..
often  my  words ..sometimes surprise..
your heart awakens /// with some glee
 for I only try.... to set your soul so free 
I am a poet.. humble as can be
 come look through my eyes
and tell me what..
you see...
not just with words... do I cast my net
 although you could guess.. my next
