Those words...

Night time comes
where did I put those words
the words that  expressed my soul..
 the words that flowed
 like a Snaking River
 in the middle of Summer
Those words I have hidden deep
never to let them be seen ...
 until they  found your eyes..
the eyes that pulled from my heart
 those expressions... of Love..

Reflections

How can one forget that first moment
when the stars twinkled in her eyes...
your pulse raced ...her heart fluttered
time stood still

 The awkwardness of trying...
wanting... figure out  what is  happening
to two people at the same time
 comparing it... to watching magic
happen before your very eyes

You lose the ability to  speak...
the ability to reason with ration or reason
never wanting this moment to end..
Love at first sight....

+Elusive Me   why are you so elusive...  I must now set a trap with language just to show you that I can and you are not...so elusive..

I stood as a statue could...
only able to look forward
as you floated... with open arms
 and spoke with words
 that never came out
of your mouth

A scream of pain
 flowed across the Universe
bouncing off every star
consuming every Sun
 until there was nothing
except darkness...

"They say dreams
 are only an expression
of your own reality"

Over and over...I see you there
You have heard me
call out... with fervor and a passion
others could never understand

After the thrill of the chase is done
 after the meal is consumed...
what is left... but to start all over again
with the same hunger..   that is my reality

Form and Void...

 Clouds distant on the horizon
hanging silent ...as the  colors faded
from  white to  dark  grey..
  surrounded by the blue sky
 trapped ..held there by  winds
no one could feel.. or hear

It seemed ..we sat on that step
forever.. listening with open  minds
to each other.. as our hearts
pulsed with the heat of passion..
held inside for so long
that just one touch
 of our fingers would
make the Universe explode
into tiny stars in unison

"Was it the  Sun that touched my hand
blowing across the scorched land
was it all...all in the plan
or was it a moment a flash in the pan"

Once released the clouds
opened up and the deluge
drove us... into each others arms
 like the warm drops
 know the exact spot ..
to gather ...to keep each other
 existing in time and space

 when he realized..
you were the soft  rain he longed for
and he was the  hard ground
 that waited under golden stars..

Watching silent as she paints her face
  no tension exists between
those who have accepted their fate
 one seeking something
 that she felt she missed..
the other  has learned...
 it is always out there
only those who search
will never find it..

 Humans have the misconception
that they will find love
love is an accident..
 a chance  meeting
 although many  find out..
 love finds you ..
in  a Universe of
 actions and reactions..
it takes an eternity
who can understand
 the undefined.. eternity

Written by Michael Montoya..
when he realized that he had done
and seen almost everything
he ever yearned for..

Waiting ..on the Night

I watched as the night crept
 across the cold patterned tile
I waited for the moon to appear
from behind the cloudy glow of stars
that held then at bay...
as I felt a shiver run down my spine

I let my imagination roam free
 thinking of my hands...
 as they stroked the thighs...
your thighs...
that quivered with anticipation
of my touch... wanting only your touch

A sharpness of pain pierced my soul
as the light came pouring  through
 curtained window...
a patter of silken feet danced
 across the shadow.. resembling
someone... anyone
 I had held..in the past

Although it was you
only you ... who had the power
 to inhabit the passion
I clung to with such fervor
I would call you my muse.. an inspiration
an ethereal ghost of many
 sleepless nights...

Yes.. I added you back
like a fish on my line
I pulled up the slack..
 only to  touch your
 fingertips...
or hope to kiss just once
  those luscious  full lips''
 maybe  be with you
just one more time..
as we walked along the  beach
 but each time I reach
 you are not there
    my breath of fresh air..

When the window is open
smell the wind.. as it  breathes
from far across the universal sea's...
 Waking your mind
trying to find
  the words... I let go
 oh so slow...
they will have a slight sting..
 circle you as a ring
  pulling you  in
 piercing you thin
as a needle so sweet
  words written in time
 for only you my Sweet..
 only for you...

The Story of Meaning... #3

He sat there staring off into space..
the space... between me and him
 a universe away...
Wishing...hoping... I could draw his attention
to   me... all I needed  was a word..
maybe... Hello, even a hi ... would do

I had seen him in the bar many times..
although never giving me a look...
always alone.. are we ever alone..
he looked  very troubled.. mysterious
almost..  Look at me dammit!
I kept shifting on this barstool
thinking  he will look.. sooner or later..
he will look...

I was a beautiful sexy woman..
I could have any guy in the bar..
there was something about him..
a lost puppy .. a hurt  bird..perhaps

He  slammed his drink and stood up
as I turned my  legs towards him
showing my thighs ..those soft...  strong thighs
 under the short skirt...
a glimpse of  tease would do it..

He started to walk away  and then turned..
he might have been across the room
or maybe  a thousand miles away
 but he looked...
Straight into my eyes..

The next thing I remember
was the  way we hungrily  devoured
each others passion..
like we were the last two people
 on Earth...
making love ..a butterfly and a flower
 a lion and a gazelle
 like  there was no tomorrow...
no regrets... no emotions..
no words ...
 raw.. steamy  sex
until there was nothing left..

There we were..
we stood in line
 all of us
 waiting for that time
 that moment when
  we could go there...
 that special place

"That  "Up in the Air"

You remember
as one by one
 we all just wanted
 to touch the Sun
to kiss the sky . a certain feeling
 we all want to fly

We all stood in line

Never asking why...

+Seema Tabassum  lol.... life is confounding every so often ..we have to notice the mundane... the simple things we accept as normal..  and let our mind wonder why we "stand in line"..

The Story of Meaning..#2

Opening his eyes... he is startled
to feel a warm body next to him..
with the taste of bourbon still on his tongue
 his nostrils filled...
reeked with the scent of lilacs..
he hates perfume on his women..
I thought she would leave last night
after the thrashing I gave her
after the journey they experienced
 maybe it was she...
giving the thrashing..

He stared at the sultry curve
of her nude back...sloping salaciously
into the edge of the two mounds
 hidden under  the silken blanket..

Please don't wake up... I couldn't handle
those eyes again.. those  galaxy eyes...
full of stars... twinkling in harmony,
lighting up something..
something he felt.. long time ago
something he had to forget..

He rose from the pillowed bed
as silently and slowly as a mouse
creeping across the  flowered meadow
hoping the   hawk...high in the sky
will not swoop down and pounce on him

How was it..? she whispered
without moving a muscle, yet he heard
every word softly...
as if she was right behind him...

It was meaningless... was what he wanted to say..
but he knew it was more than that...
 a lot more...
He was afraid to turn around...
although  there was no indication
she had even awakened yet..
except for her voice..

That husky  Italian voice...
he knows he heard it before..
maybe it was just a dream
she cooed at him from outside the window...
or maybe it was from a different universe..
but he remembered that voice..
 a distant memory of her
 brought  flashes of pain

He knew that meaningless love story...
that meaningless life..
in this meaningless town..

How was it...? she asked again...
All she wanted was a Word..
give her a word.. express some feeling
 something...  make it
more than meaningless

The Story of meaning..

In dark corner he sits and waits...
wonders who  his next victim will be
  but ..won't look at her...
 sitting on  imitation leather
bar stool.. watching from afar
he knows  when someone..
anyone...is trying to listen to his thoughts
penetrate his senses...
pierce his defenses...
another shot of bourbon..
will calm him
until this meaningless life
 in a meaningless...small town..
starts to arouse his  creativity..
A slight shift of movement ..again draws a look...
He won't  give her the recognition  she wants..
needs.. only a reason for her to begin..
is all she needs.. that small spark
 to begin.. all thoughts
come from that small beginning...

He rises and turns away..
in the back of his head he see's her staring ...
 he can hear her mind..

Give me  a word, that's all...
I can make a Universe with just one small explosion...

He slams the bourbon...
turns and looks her right in the eyes...
Taken... to that place,
 a wooded meadow
filled with purple sapphires and white cherry blossoms..
his senses are in overdrive
as he slowly walks next to the Snaking River
as it cuts through  valley of heaven...
each turn brings him closer to ecstasy..
closer to home...

They are one now...writhing as two snakes
in mortal combat... each smothering  bite,
leads to another...pain becomes such pleasure,
until nothing is felt and they meld  into the  night
one..in a meaningless grasp..
clinging to a meaningless life
the other waiting ..
only for a Word..

Together Forever..

I called to her..
Come be with me forever..

She answered ..No !  the Gods forbid it..
you already know,  our destinies are written
in the sands of time, spread across the stars
to illuminate the dark night with the longing
of star crossed Lovers..

We are the one's
who will make our own destiny
 we must not obey...
even if the Gods forbid it..
Come to me...

I am afraid.. she answered,
you know they say... that if
 you don't follow your destiny
and choose to follow your heart
you will pay for your transgressions

If we must pay the  price
of lovers across the universe
then we shall be together
 Forever...
In the next life..even as statues...
 if that is the price..
I will be by your side...
Forever...
