Whenever I feel worthless, I get on google+ and remind myself that I'm not THAT worthless.

Sometimes I google stuff and press the +1 button next to various results just so Google+ doesn't get lonely. And by sometimes, I mean never.

Collector's Inn is far and away the best place WNY area for Magic the Gathering Product. Prices are the lowest I have found and there is an incredible stock of singles, all of which is well organized. Joe, the store's owner is friendly and extremely helpful -- if they don't have something you're looking for, he'll do what he can to find it for you. Beyond just the quantity and quality of product, Collector's Inn also runs all sorts of MTG events throughout the week. Drafts, Cube, Standard, Modern, even Commander events are held at the store on a weekly basis. If you play magic competitively, casually, or somewhere in between, this is the only store you need.
