Friday August 26th Day 82: FOOD: 49/17, 57/30, 36/17, 45/30.EXERS: STEPS/MILES:2000-4000 steps/1.0-2.0. Stayed hydrated. Walking, other cardio, stretches, squats, chores, leg, arms,other exercises.SLEEP (all): 10.75-13.25 hours. Chanting, keep busy and productive...low pressure headache etc...KIMF (y) ((HUGS)) ❤ ✌ ☮ :-D

Saturday August 26th Day 83: FOOD: 22/18, 44-61/39-54, 114/89, 54.5/41, 15/7+---will watch protein. Staying hydrated.EXERS: STEPS/MILES: 3000-5000 steps/1.5-2.5 miles. Walking, other cardio, chores, errands, arms,legs, stretches, squats,other exercises. SLEEP(all):7.75-12.75 hours. Rested, personal day and still got lots done. No low pressure headaches, etc. ((HUGS)) ❤ ✌ ☮ :-D
