Absolutely no wait time, waitor was very nice. Food was excellent. The fish and chips was very well cooked and flaky. Very clean atmosphere. Bang bang tacos is a definite must try.

It was ok, the service was terrible. First was told by the hostess that the wait was only 15-20 mins. But we waited nearly 1 hr. The food came out slow ( after waiting a total of 2 hours), which isn't the waitress fault completely. The food was all good. The manager was making his rounds and made it right. I don't get how cracker barrel can be just as packed and still operates smoothly.. maybe this places needs a couple pointers when they are really packed.

Had one of the strangest experiences of my life while dining here with my family the other night.... The waitress came to our table and the first thing she said was that we needed to wake up our 4 month old daughter and move her somewhere else. Apparently her $400 stroller wasn't as safe as the $10 piece of wood they wanted to sit her car seat on! After a bit of convincing the waitress spoke with her manager and he agreed with me. But after all that the service was extreeeeemmmlllyyy slow with almost no drink refills and some rude looks from some of the other staff members. The food was good but not worth being treated like an animal....

Bonefish is always delicious, great specials, fresh hot bread. We have never had a bad meal here. This is one of the best of the 'small chain' restaurants.

After reading the menu online, I was very excited to eat at Bonefish Grill. Unfortunately, that did not happen. My review starts and ends with the hostess. My husband, friends, and family were in Myrtle Beach for Bike Week. We had been on our motorcycles most of the day when we arrived. We ride motorcycles, but we're not a rowdy bunch. Our party included: a nurse, a retired Marine, two successful business owners, two grandparents, and a grocery store manager. It was a party of 10 adults (35 and over) who were hungry and ready to eat. It was about 5:30 pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. There were two empty eight-tops in the bar area, and there were about 10 empty four-tops in the restaurant area. I told the hostess we were a party of 10. She looked at the empty restaurant, looked back at me, looked me up and down, and said 'It'll be 45 minutes.' I asked, 'Why, it's virtually empty?' She said 'I don't have enough servers for you people.' We waited for about five minutes. Then the hostess seated two parties of four. I asked if they had a reservation and was told no. It was clear to me that we weren't welcome. I should have asked for the manager, but I was so mad and frankly a little embarrassed, since it was my choice to eat there, that we just left. That restaurant lost a minimum of $300 that evening. I may try Bonefish Grill in another city, but I will never visit the one in Myrtle Beach again. We have visited Myrtle Beach for nine years in a row, and we have never been treated poorly. Myrtle Beach is full of delicious restaurants with exceptional customer service. Sadly, this is not one of those places.

I would not send my worst enemy there...... Service sucked, The food was less than mediocre, I ordered Ahi tuna and it was more like tuna jerky, Much like our JERKY waiter Mike!!!! Was NOT worth the money. Poor atmosphere it matched there food (CRAPPY). I guess the old saying is right.... The bigger the pepper mill the worse the food......They have very large pepper mills....LOL!!!!!!
