So is Plugra really better than 365 butter, and if so how?  I'm assuming unsalted in both cases, despite the photo of salted.
Plugra has a higher butterfat content. The name is a play on the French for "more fat." 365 is organic, but as far as I know the butterfat is American standard 80 percent. Plugra is 82 percent. Two percent doesn't seem like a lot, but it's mostly replacing water, so it had a lot less water. I love trying different butters. My current favorite is Chimay butter from Belgium.
