As the fining pot for silver, and the furnace for gold; so is a man to his praise (Proverbs 27:21).
The praise we receive from others test our hearts; will we respond in humility or pride? An attitude of pride reveals self-deception in our hearts, for we do not realize that what we are and what we have done are largely due to God and others. Our actions must never be done for praise or self-glory, but must flow from our commitment to God, His Word and His Kingdom. When we pass the test of praise, it confirms that we are living to please God rather than other humans and that our hearts are pure and our spirits one with God. Humility is the key!

Father, Transition my Tradition!

Mark 7:13
Thus you are nullifying and making void and of no effect [the authority of] the Word of God through your tradition, which you [in turn] hand on. And many things of this kind you are doing.

Grace is the ability of God to do what ordinarily could not be done. Apostles have Mega-Grace. Acts 4:33 says "And with great power gave the Apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all." The Apostolic anointing releases large amounts of grace to the Church. There is such a release until no gift is lacking in the Church (1 Cor 1:4-7). God's mega-grace gives the Church all the gifts and abilities it needs to fulfill the Great Commission. Without this grace, the Church will not be able to finish the work. Lack of grace means certain failure; for this reason the principle anointing of the Church MUST be Apostolic.

Father, Transition my Tradition!

Matthew 15:3 says "But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?"

Matthew 15:8b says "Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition."

No matter how great people's gifts are, they won't be able to be in or stay in a position to use those gifts without having developed the fruit

Change forces us out of the comfort of the familiar and into the discomfort of the unfamiliar. And while it can turn your world upside down, it makes you face your greatest fears and deal with the things that steal your joy, peace and confidence. Change can be your friend or foe, depending on how you use it. Running away turns it into an enemy; embracing and learning from it makes it one of the greatest allies.

God will never hold you responsible for what someone else says or what someone else does. But God will hold you responsible for how you react to it. Beware: offense is the anointing breaker. Offense is a major enemy to your faith and to your prayer life. Offense makes the Word of God inoperable in your life. Choose to walk in love and not in offense!
