A truly depressing experience, from the morbid "welcome" to the insultingly priced breakfast (£8.50). Seemingly a one man show, the sourpuss manager come taxi driver was a sorry sight. He grunted as he dropped us off at the terminal, vaguely signposting that he'd in fact dropped us off down the road, nowhere near the terminal (this cost us an extra £10). The breakfast was an upsetting affair, we had to ask for the lights to be switched on so I could illuminate my "continental breakfast". The room itself was actually tolerable, although the wifi doesn't reach. Pay the premium and stay at the Radisson.

A disappointing, overpriced affair. The £7.50 broccoli side dish was 3 times what it should've cost, insultingly expensive. The seafood hotplate was utterly tasteless, prawns paddling in brown water. In fairness the butternut squash and seafood mousse at least had some flavour, enough to be worthy of a "Rosa's Special" branding... which isn't saying much. If the meal costed half the price we spent (£60), I'd contemplate an extra star. Don't waste your money.
