Nickolay, today's your lucky day. We can address your concerns regarding unlocking that device. That device isn't locked. The simple code to program such 3G devices for use with another carrier is either “000000” or “123456.” You will need to contact your local wireless carrier to assist you with provisioning that phone to work on their network.

My Samsung s5 still is having trouble thanks to the Android 5.0 update. It has a long delay of five seconds before my screen turn on. So, I can hang my phone call up. I have many friends experiencing the same problems. Fix this verizon, Samsung and Android programmers

In a hour & 18 min. Verizon replied 5 times to one person & no one else. Why? You have,other customers. If one person has that many questions, ask them to call. Things like that will make me switch. ATT will give $500 to switch. Very tempting. Maybe they can offer better support?

You don't even reply to Private messages. Why do you even suggest customers send them? I dont understand why you say you are the best Network when your social media rarely replies if they do reply they are extremely slow! I'm very unhappy with your social media reps.

Hello Christian. If I noticed that my line access fees were increasing, I'm certain I'd be alarmed. I agree that fees should not change from month to month (increasing or otherwise). While I'd like to provide an explanation for what's occurring with your bill, I'm not able to due to the lack of information available to me through this channel.
