Great brick oven pizza with rotating (weekly) carina and vegan pizza options. This place does also have a great a local beer tap selection (i believe there are up to 8 now), that is also rotating. It gets dinged one star just for the fact that the menu has stayed the same for about 4 years now, minus the the 2 rotating pizzas. No wings to be had either.

Me and my family go here about every other week and we love it. I'll give a general rundown of our experiences with pros and cons. PROS - The food is delicious. Ingredients are organic. There is no wait to be seated most of the time. The salads are very large and can be shared. They can accommodate large groups. There are some good desserts to choose from (I recommend the brownie sundae!). There is a Ben and Jerry's right around the corner if you don't find anything on the dessert menu appetizing. CONS - The restaurant is a bit pricey for a pizza place. The restaurant is inconsistent. The vast majority of the time you will be satisfied, but still, there are some errors to be made. The pizza sometimes is a little burnt, the crust may be too thin (even though it is called Flatbread), and your order may not be 100% correct. Ice! Too much ice in the drinks. Ask for little or no ice. This is what I have encountered from eating here almost every week for the past year+ and I definitely do recommend it if you are in the area.

Great pizza made with fresh local and organic ingredients. Great atmosphere, and usually good service.

godawful....there are simply far more superior pizza places to go to in the area...namely Hometown Pizza and Luna Pizza.

We go to Flatbread every time we're in town (wish we could take them with us on the road). The service is friendly, helpful & fun spirited, the salads and pizza are delicious...Being local farm to table and organic is also an added benie!!! Love it sooo much we choose to go to their sister Flatbread in Portland, Maine which is has tons of great food and restaurants!!!

Love this place! Great informal atmosphere, nifty bar area with good draft beer selection. The pizza is really good with super fresh ingredients and interesting combinations. Can accommodate larger groups with some large table options. The owners are very community conscious with many fundraisers for local charities and causes. A special place.

The pizza was good, the dessert was out of this world. The waitress was either inattentive or overworked.
