In Big Lebowski, a bizzare co-incidence.

Featuring middle-east, and the date Sep-11, but 10 years earlier. (Forward to 2:52 in the video).

An interesting philosophical interpretation I hadn't heard before:
"Everyone who could appreciate a symphony would be Mozart; everyone who could follow a step-by-step argument would be Gauss; everyone who could recognize a good investment strategy would be Warren Buffett. ...   if P = NP, then it could only be a matter of time before someone figured out how to create verifiably “great” novels and paintings with mathematical efficiency."

"What's it like being a Dad for you"

"Being a dad is like ... its a surfboard on a rainbow. You're getting all you can handle of life".

Watching teletubbies, I had one of those existential questions. This is really nuts - how come kids enjoy it? Or - why is my kid enjoying it, is that okay?

Jemaine and Bret ask more entertaining questions than my boring ones in this video. This reminds me - a couple of years back I was flying from Chicago - and there was a teenage boy talking to his mom about going to Flight-of-Conchords concert. The conversation went something like this:
Mom: (Trying to talk with straight face, in flat tone): So are you going to go with [girlfriend].
Boy: (Looking down at his iphone, playing a game, speaking matter of factly in a normal tone): No, I want to go with you.
(At this point - I could see Mom was blushing and not blushing at the same time. I bet she was feeling overwhelmed with emotion, but didn't want to be uncool!). She didn't say anything for several minutes!
