Dale beach in south west Pembrokeshire, Wales. A popular beach fishing, sailing and boating spot, Dale also houses a well frequented pub called the Griffin Inn which sits right on the beachfront overlooking all the sailing boats moored in the bay. There's also a cafe and shop for hiring wet suits, kayaks etc... Venture through the village and you'll find a castle (private) and a footpath leading to another beach hidden on the opposite side of the peninsula to Dale - about a 20 minute walk from the main beach.

A view of the north Pembrokeshire coast from Pwllderi in Wales. This area is steeped in history, behind the shot is a hill known as Garn Fawr which houses an iron age fort and the field bounderies in the area also date back to the iron age. The last French invasion also took place nearby and was thwarted by a local woman by the name of Jemima Nicholas.

Sunset at Pwllderi. This very remote spot in north western Pembrokeshire, Wales is accessible only via the Pembrokeshire Coast Footpath and you can pretty much guarantee that you'll be the only person about save for the Choughs flying around the cliff tops. You may get lucky and spot seals or a pod or two of dolphins enjoying the last of the sun in the sea below.

Life's a beach at Aberporth in Cardigan Bay, Wales. This tiny village has two beautiful beaches to enjoy and privides access to the Ceredigion Heritage Trail which is part of the much longer All Wales Coast Path. The village is very busy during the summer months, if you're after a quieter holiday, try visiting in June or September.

Don't see many of these anymore. A steam engine taking a pit stop at the Ffostrasol Arms in Ceredigion, Wales.
This shot is from a few years back when there was an annual vintage show held in a nearby field. Great fun to stand on the road side watching old the old engines and tractors trundling along the road to the show - some of them didn't always make it.
