Sometimes you can be in the middle of a party and feel entirely alone.

It was a way fun party. I just kind of went into my head for a minute, but then I was fine. :-)

It's lunchtime, and all I want is breakfast food. I'm going to credit +Kelly Oram for this unexpected craving, due to a beautifully described scene involving crepes and sausage. I'm not getting another page done until I get some crepes.

Alone at a bar because my friends got confused and drove to the other location. Silver lining? Didn't get charged a cover fee although the group behind me did.

I'm 32 years old and I've never been licensed. I was horribly traumatized in driver's ed as a teenager and have nothing but bad customer service experiences at the DMV. It was finally time for me to get my license—I have a young child, a job to get to, and social interaction can be very limiting when not able to drive somewhere. I went through A-1 Driving in Draper to obtain my learner's permit and to get observation and driving hours, and they recommended I test with April and Drive Right. I went today and was able to begin testing in fifteen minutes or less. The office was calming for my nerves; the music playing inside was relaxing. I took my test with April, who was very friendly and conversational, unlike the people I've tested with at the DMV. When the test was over, she patiently explained to me the points I had missed. I passed my road test with Drive Right on the first try, and highly recommend it to anyone who has had negative experiences at the DMV before. There was also a gentleman in the office, who was equally as friendly and provided good customer service to those who came in after I did. I didn't catch his name, but I would have felt just as comfortable testing with him as I did with April.
