So unsatisfactory . I went in to my scheduled appointment . One of the men helped me out greatly with my purchase previously few nights prior . Tall slender salesman type with glasses. I exclude him from this . The other man with glasses had an attitude throughout the entire time, with his co workers and whoever was on the phone . Very unprofessional the way they were speaking to eachother. I wish I knew their names . I was so unhappy because I was paying 500 dollars to have an amplifier installed. These guys told me it would be about two hours . This was on 2/16/15 by the way. 12:15 I came in for my appointment that I made for 12:30. I called at 2:30 and they told me by the absolute latest , it would be done by 3:30. 3:45 I came in , they were still deep in the middle of the installation . Really?! A two hour job ended finally at 6 when I came in. Pissed off. Management of the team working here needs training . I was very displeased with my visit and will not be returning. Car toys has been around forever . It's not the better way to go anymore.

I am upset with the service I was given. I scheduled an appointment to get my amplifier, sub woofers, and radar to be installed into my 2015 Ford Fiesta sedan last week. I come in today (2/15/2015) on my scheduled appointment day at 11am. I was on time right when the doors were open. I got my car checked in for my 11am appointment and was promised in 3-4 hours the car would be done. I left the store happy that my car was getting the all the stuff i needed installed but as the 4 hours went by i began to worry what was taking my car so long. I called and asked to when my car was to be finished and was told it would be finished by 9pm. I got a little bit annoyed because i was promised 3-4 hours, but held my temper. Then i called just an hour later to check the promise and was told it would be done by 10pm. Then I asked again how the progress was and then i was told my car has not even been started at all! then was asked if i could leave my car over night to be finished. I can not do that not only because I need my car to go to work in the morning, but also the fact that i had a scheduled appointment at 11am and already 8 hours have passed and my car has not even been worked on! I scheduled an appointment so that i wouldnt have to wait this long. But it seems that everyone who walked into the door got their car done before me. Furious I had my father drive me to your store to pick up my car to get my refund. Im outraged eith the service here. I work in a place where a customer who has an appointment they get put ahead of the line and it gets done within the promised time. You've lost a customer and i will not be recommending your store to anyone.

Their customer service needs some work. Everyone was very nice, very professional, and we had no trouble at first. However, we made an appointment a WEEK in advance for the new stereo to be installed. I arrived in time for the appointment to be told that they hoped I had arranged for other transportation, because 14 other vehicles had come in that morning, so they wouldn't be able to get to mine for several hours. I don't know of ANY other company who would put walk-ins ahead of appointments. After this work is done, we will not be going back.

Never go here ever. I have never writen a review for any store. but i created a whatever this was just to say something and help those looking for a place to go. I stood in the audio room for about ten minutes with my step dad while the employs talked to other costomers and so we walked out having the intention of comeing back when there was not as many people... We did just that and when we came back there was probably 8 employs working, 3 behind the counter doing nothing, 2 talking to one costomer trying to get him to buy a phone and the rest wandering around amlessly. While we stood there looking around for 15 minutes! The employs did nothing about it not one, "I'll be with you in a minute." or "Hey, what can I help you with?" Nothing. We walked out after the 3rd employ walked past us. There is a reason why this place only has 2.4 stars. Do not waste your time, aperantly Car Toys does not need your money.

After driving down from Arlington (Sound Werks was closed) I just walked in to an empty store to have 2 employees look at me and not even acknowledge my presence or offer any assistance. After approaching one guy, he then pointed to another guy for him to help me. I needed an in-line fuse for my car stereo and wasn't too familiar with exactly what I needed. This guy made it feel like it was such an inconvenience to have to help me. After not answering any of my questions he handed me a universal kit and checked me out. Only reason I didn't give a 1 star rating is because the store did have what I needed. Customer service here is non existent...

First, there is a lot of questionable charges that are vague and elusive. Nail them down on the prices and charges before agreeing to anything. Second, do your home work and know your stuff or they will have you by the... . And third, no matter what they say if your having anything more than say a 300 watt system installed you WILL need a capacitor to save your power system and alternator. Trust me I have seen it many times kill a healthy power system in a few months. A capacitor will also help your system sound better. The customer service was okay, say 3 1/2 star and the installation was a 4 star. So overall not bad, I have seen much worse.

Went in to update my phone on one plan, but with Anthony's help I found a great phone, a new plan that works better for my usage for a better price then what I was paying before! He listened to what I said and when I didn't like one suggestion he quickly moved on to another option. He was very knowledgeable and professional, I will definitely be returning to this store for anything I may need!

Everybody was super helpful and very friendly. I was helped right away every time I went in and even when there was a miscommunication on what I wanted they glady exchanged it and discounted it. Idk what everybody else is talking about. Glad I went there
