I liked the prices and the sales associate was helpful in comparing products and finding the best deal for a stereo and an alarm. I scheduled a future day to have my amp and alarm installed. I was told it was 4 hours. I came back and after 2+ more hours waiting at the store, I'm writing this review, my car still not done. I dropped it off when they opened. They are knowledgable salespeople but that's what they do, sales. Not customer service friendly when they stack installs on top of each other and can't deliver a car when promised and I'm not the only one here with the same issue. I recommend buying from them but maybe go somewhere else for install.

Dropped off my car there at 2pm called back at 4 if they had started working g on it they told me they were going to start working on it in 30mins n was told it'll b done b4 7pm I went back at 6 n they haven't even started to work on it yet..worst costumer service n bull shit lies..once they have your money they don't give 2 shits about Wen they will b done

After driving down from Arlington (Sound Werks was closed) I just walked in to an empty store to have 2 employees look at me and not even acknowledge my presence or offer any assistance. After approaching one guy, he then pointed to another guy for him to help me. I needed an in-line fuse for my car stereo and wasn't too familiar with exactly what I needed. This guy made it feel like it was such an inconvenience to have to help me. After not answering any of my questions he handed me a universal kit and checked me out. Only reason I didn't give a 1 star rating is because the store did have what I needed. Customer service here is non existent...

First, there is a lot of questionable charges that are vague and elusive. Nail them down on the prices and charges before agreeing to anything. Second, do your home work and know your stuff or they will have you by the... . And third, no matter what they say if your having anything more than say a 300 watt system installed you WILL need a capacitor to save your power system and alternator. Trust me I have seen it many times kill a healthy power system in a few months. A capacitor will also help your system sound better. The customer service was okay, say 3 1/2 star and the installation was a 4 star. So overall not bad, I have seen much worse.

We worked with Brayden to set up a navigation, back up camera, and DVD screen on our GMC Yukon. He was able to get a package deal together that met our budget and had all the features we desired while making suggestions about what systems would work best with our vehicle and phones (for the bluetooth features). He was quite helpful as soon as we walked in, and was respectful about what we were looking for without trying to upsell us into things we didn't find value added.

So unsatisfactory . I went in to my scheduled appointment . One of the men helped me out greatly with my purchase previously few nights prior . Tall slender salesman type with glasses. I exclude him from this . The other man with glasses had an attitude throughout the entire time, with his co workers and whoever was on the phone . Very unprofessional the way they were speaking to eachother. I wish I knew their names . I was so unhappy because I was paying 500 dollars to have an amplifier installed. These guys told me it would be about two hours . This was on 2/16/15 by the way. 12:15 I came in for my appointment that I made for 12:30. I called at 2:30 and they told me by the absolute latest , it would be done by 3:30. 3:45 I came in , they were still deep in the middle of the installation . Really?! A two hour job ended finally at 6 when I came in. Pissed off. Management of the team working here needs training . I was very displeased with my visit and will not be returning. Car toys has been around forever . It's not the better way to go anymore.

I am upset with the service I was given. I scheduled an appointment to get my amplifier, sub woofers, and radar to be installed into my 2015 Ford Fiesta sedan last week. I come in today (2/15/2015) on my scheduled appointment day at 11am. I was on time right when the doors were open. I got my car checked in for my 11am appointment and was promised in 3-4 hours the car would be done. I left the store happy that my car was getting the all the stuff i needed installed but as the 4 hours went by i began to worry what was taking my car so long. I called and asked to when my car was to be finished and was told it would be finished by 9pm. I got a little bit annoyed because i was promised 3-4 hours, but held my temper. Then i called just an hour later to check the promise and was told it would be done by 10pm. Then I asked again how the progress was and then i was told my car has not even been started at all! then was asked if i could leave my car over night to be finished. I can not do that not only because I need my car to go to work in the morning, but also the fact that i had a scheduled appointment at 11am and already 8 hours have passed and my car has not even been worked on! I scheduled an appointment so that i wouldnt have to wait this long. But it seems that everyone who walked into the door got their car done before me. Furious I had my father drive me to your store to pick up my car to get my refund. Im outraged eith the service here. I work in a place where a customer who has an appointment they get put ahead of the line and it gets done within the promised time. You've lost a customer and i will not be recommending your store to anyone.

I got my truck detailed here and the job was very well done. Wil, an employee at car toys, puts a lot of effort into his work and it shows!!
