I love Niki G's Bootcamp. Whitney is an amazing teacher, trainer, and role model. I signed up for the bootcamp in May with the goal of losing my pregnancy weight gain. Not only have I lost weight, but I am in the best shape I have been since high school. I have overcome my fear of running and in the last month have run two 5Ks all with the support of my boot camp friends and instructors. The bootcamp is challenging, fun, and the bootcampers are awesome. I highly recommend it!

What an awesome way to get in shape both physically and mentally! I have been attending this boot camp for over a year and at almost 35 I am in the best shape of my life. I am challenged at every class and have made amazing friendships! I encourage anyone to try this class...no matter what shape you are in....you have to start somewhere!!!!

I thought I knew how to work out until I went to my first bootcamp class. After you get past the soreness the results are totally worth it. We do something different every day and after attending for almost a year I've never been bored as I was with previous workouts. I look to boot camp to help me lead a healthy lifestyle and to help keep my stress down. Don't be afraid or overwhelmed. The women that attend class our so supportive and Whitney is a great trainer.

Great hard workouts. Something different every day so it is not boring. Great Team Environment so you want to go everyday. Try it for yourself one month. You'll be hooked!
