Had a few problems with my 2013 Chev Malibu that I bought there new. Second time on the first problem, a noise on startup. The other issue is the engine dies out on acceleration ( like getting no fuel) then it slams into gear. I had made an appointment to drop it off Thursday as the last appointment of the day. I called and asked if I could get a ride home if I dropped it off and was told "no problem". When i got there I was told that I had not made an appointment ( I have the email & phone message showing I did) and that if the problem was a transmission that I would have to pick it up myself and have it towed to another repair shop. I argued with no avail so I said here are the keys & can I get A ride home. I was told that they could only take me 11 miles, not the 20 miles to my house. at that point i got my keys back and took it to Jessup Cheverolet. They found a vacuum hose that was rubbing on start up and fixed both problems. I don't like being called a lair & you would think that if I bought it there new, they would at least open the hood before they diagnose it, That was the last time I will go there. Not a real frindly bunch in the service dept.

I take in my vehicle for a simple oil change at 10am and try to pick it up at around or before 5pm and i would like to know why my car was not even touched instead they tell me that they didn't do it because i didnt have "an appointment " seriously i didn't know i needed an appointment. Instead of them trying to do it they try to give me give keys back and say if i can come back another day... they just lost a customer! !

I arrived at Diamond Hills Auto Group without and appointment on a Saturday for a recall on my Chevy Cobalt. The repair was initially supposed to take a few hours but I was able to have my car repaired and ready within 1 1/2 hours. After driving over an hour to this location, Phil, in the Service Department, was very helpful with getting the repairs done to my car expeditiously. Also, having Saturday hours is very convenient given my travel time to the location. I would recommend Diamond Hills for service on GM vehicles and also Phil for his outstanding customer service. Thank you Diamond Hills!

I have to first say thank you to Ryan for putting up with my freaking out over my car. I thank him so much for believing me that there was an issue with my Car. I was driving through California from Arizona for a appt for my daughter in LA. My car started to have a really bad wobble. Come to find out it was my rear tire had separated and was close to blowing. That would of left my daughter and I stranded. Billy, Bob and Ryan were amazing and took care of me and found me a tire. They also had to break the news to me that my tire was not an average size and had to be ordered. But the guys pulled out all the strings and tracked down someone who had one held for another customer. Thank you guys for me getting me back on the road. You even washed my dirty car for me. :-) Thank you again so much. You guys will be remembered forever. :)

I have a very terrible experience with Ryan at their service department. He sounded rude and condescending, such a bad customer service approach will drive customers like me who was willing to spend at least $200 plus on servicing not to deal with such a good potential local dealer like Diamond Hills. I was hoping to have my 2013 Corvette GS that I bought brand new in Michigan in July and he sounded like I was bull shitting him. He vehemently stated that GM's warranties on their cars are different between regions in the US. I checked their policy and he was basically lying his ASS to me. I have extensive experience supporting fleet maintenance and if Ryan tried to LIE, at least don't be rude and stupid about it.

This was by far, the best and easiest experience I've had buying a car! And my husband and I have been through quite a few car buying experiences. We drove from Oceanside to Banning for my new car, because this dealer and the people there were so accommodating. We made a deal with Brian on the phone and when we got there, they followed through with everything they said on the phone to us. No changing stories once we got there. Michelle Dunlap, the Manager was Great too! Very nice, made the deal go so smooth. Even at the end when it comes time to sign your life away, the finance guy was great at explaining everything, you didn't feel rushed or pressured. David Miller spent so much time, showing us all the details in my new car, most dealers hand you a key and send you on your way. It was well worth the drive and would definitely buy another car from Diamond Hills dealership.

I've bought a lot of cars over the years, but my recent car buying experience at Diamond Hills was by far, the most pleasant and no stress car buying experience ever. I found the car I was looking for on line first then called to make sure it was still available. It was. We drove to the dealership and met Brian. He immediately put us at ease and saw us through the entire process. Got a fair price on my trade in and great financing. Long story short, in less than 3 hours we were on our way in our new car and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Diamond Hills and especially to you Brian, an extra big thank you.
