Basic Information
Very sad experience. Took my Mom here for lunch as it had good memories for her. Sixty years ago she and my father went there for special occasions, and I wanted it to be special for her again. The space was nice, the server was nice, but we ordered oysters for lunch at $21 dollars a plate. We got a sourdough roll (cold and already on the table), mashed potatoes with a heavy dose of rosemary, and some broccoli rapini (3 spears) that was served after our meal was half done. The oysters were terrible - small pieces, not small oysters, and heavily breaded and fried until almost burnt. After we complained (nicely) the server said she had noticed they looked over done and sent back for some more. The second bunch wasn't burnt, but still unrecognizable as a pan fried small oyster. It was a huge disappointment and ruined some nice memories for my mother.

Dr. Kaur was assigned to my mother when she arrived through Emergency. She was my mother's doctor for the week she was in the hospital. I can't say enough nice things about her - she was what you always hope to get in a doctor. She was calm, she listened and actually paid attention to what you said, her diagnosis was accurate and her advice was sound. She followed through and kept me in the loop with my mother's care...she was a truly wonderful doctor and I can't recommend her enough.
