Pick a nice, safe topic I say. It should be hard to make a risque' opener out of this, I say...  :P

Eric, in the photo you can (maybe) see my son's Ryobi router in use. We were also disappointed in how poorly it maintained the depth adjustment. Since this was our very first attempt, keeping an eye on all the variables was what kept us from completing the work as quickly as the instructions said. Going forward with mine, I will be finding a different router to use.

Or as you are almooost to the perfect length, the screw rotates out of the vice grip jaws and is launched who-knows-where by your grinder...

Tim, the reservoir will keep water as cool as the surrounding equipment. If your backpack gets hot inside, the Camelbak will be the same temperature. For shorter outings, I see no reason ice cubes can't be placed inside the bladder to keep the water cold.
Thanks for the comments, It's nice to know people are reading what is written here at Blue Collar Prepping.

Hi Benjamin,
After looking at the REI website again for more info on the Camp Dome tent, the only other weight shown is " 4lbs 8 oz minimum trail weight" for whatever that means. I have picked one up in a store and without a scale I would have guessed 5lbs, give or take.
Hope this helped.

Hi Emily,
Sorry for the slow answer. In my personal pantry I have supplies that are older than what is indicated as Safe. The items in my 72 Hour buckets are potentially to be given away to strangers, who may not be as educated as you or I.
I will mention this soon in a post with a link to the FDA explanation of 'Sell By'.
Thanks again for reading and taking the time to comment.

Seriously, your posts are very informative, every time. As an old industrial coatings guy, the only thing I might add is be really, really aware of getting good air circulation. I can't be around anything more volatile than mineral spirits without getting a massive headache in 30 minutes. I have to use Darth Vader cartridge respirators and even with those, fumes that absorb through my skin get me in about 2 hours.
