I have always enjoyed my services at Seidou Salon Spa. Terrance gives the best massages ever! I always have a lot of knots on my back and shoulders area, and he does his magic and always works my knots out, and makes my back feel much better!! Make an appointment and feel much better too!

Seidou: I have been there for massage twice. I am going to return again. There new location and facility in downtown Wayzta will be so nice....the only one in town and so convenient. This week I had a terrific massage. She provided me with extra special care on my injured ankle and gave me good advice for helping it at home. IT HAS! I am scheduled for the NEW Seidou in Wayazata soon. I like it!

I had the living social deal which incl Mimosa but was informed upon arrival it was no longer avail. No compensation was offered for this. The staff were friendly but not entirely professional, almost casual. The person who provided my mani/pedi barely spoke and seemed highly irritated. The pedi looked nice but the mani looked bad enough that I removed it once I came home. I'm glad I didn't pay pull price for the services.

I was nervous going in after reading the reviews online. I was greeted with a HUGE mimosa, probably the best one i've ever had. Terrance did my massage, and he is the reason I bought another massage package before i walked out the door. My manicure wasn't that good but i bought the groupon for the massage so i didn't really care.

I have had my hair cut there for several years. Service is good, friendly atmosphere. Easy to make an appointment here. Place is always clean. Relaxing atmosphere.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon in my whole entire life. I had highlights done by a previous hair stylist, but decided to try Seidou because of their special they had going on. The woman who did my hair at Seidou did the completely wrong color that didn't match my highlights whatsoever and instead were orange. I went in later the same day so she could fix them, and she ended up turning my hair a shade of greenish-yellow. I was absolutely furious and told her to just dye my hair back to my natural color, with no highlights at all. The top of my head is still a lighter color than the rest of my hair. I am shocked that an 'Aveda' salon would have someone working there like her. She didn't know what she was doing, and the way she dressed was HIGHLY unprofessional. Please, for your own good, take your business somewhere else, and don't even risk going to Sediou Salon & Spa for a color EVER.

Just awful, I try to schedule a massage for my wife - the sign on the Windows says "Open", the door is locked and they make me wait minutes before opening the door. When they finally open the door the question is "What do you want?!". Wow, I'd expect - "Can I help you sir". They'll never get my business or money again. Go elsewhere...

Monet410- sounds like these honest reviews are getting under some thin skin. I did talk to the owner and even went there to talk to her in person. If she couldn't handle the volume generated by online offers, she could have limited the number or NOT continue to post additional offers. My experience was a costly lesson for me and I think it is fair for us to share bad experiences. After all, that is what is being asked for.
