Glad to hear that you have started on the classics. I Must start watching them, I remember some of them from when I was a kid but it started 8 years before I was born. So there are loads of episodes which I haven't seen.

B & M Bargains? More like B & M rip offs. I purchased a 2.5 litre Swan deep fat fryer in February 2012 for 24.99. I took it back to your Aberdare store today after being told on the phone that I could take it back for an exchange only to be told that I could have £12.99 back for it because you don't sell it anymore and £12.99 was the the sale price when you discontinued that model. There was an identical fryer on the shelf, which was badged up as Russell Hobs but it was obvious to see that it was the exactly the same product with a different badge on it. I ended up exchanging it for a 1 litre Prole fryer which was priced at 12.99. It is quite obvious to me that when you only have a few left of a product you drop the price so that if customer returns them you don't have to give the price paid back. This is a total disgrace. I will be contacting trading standards about this and will make it public how you treat your customers. How can you have the cheek to call yourselves B & M Bargains?
