I think we are heading in that direction...
WASHINGTON—Striking down the judicial precedent that established the legal supremacy of right over wrong more than two centuries ago, the U.S.

My dog has been going here since he was a puppy. He has been on the wellness plan since he was a puppy--he is now almost 8 years old. About 3 years ago, I listened to other people who said Banfield was expensive & added services for no reason and went to another vet. I was charged almost triple the price--the cost for vaccines & office visits alone wasn't worth it. I was playing roulette with my pets health! Now anytime my dog sneezes wrong I know I can take him to Banfield with no charge--and they soothe my frazzled nerves. If you tell the staff that you are on a budget--which I am--they will understand that and work with you. If it's something that can wait, they wait. If there is an over the counter remedy--they will tell you. I love the doctors & the staff. They know me & I know them after almost 8 years of services. If they don't know you or your pet, it's just like a MD without a good history; they are going to charge you for testing. I prefer thorough over cheap. I recommend all my friends to go here when they are on a budget & work hectic hours. Where else are you going to find a vet that is open on SUNDAYS? Where you can drop them off at 7AM and pick them up after work at 6PM? Where you can pay $200 a year and $1,000 worth of services are covered, with discount prescriptions. Other than pet insurance which most vets do not take & you have to research because it is littered with bad companies. I am a one stop shopping kind of person. Come to Banfield--Dr. Flowers, Dr. H, Dr. Chu, & Dr. T will welcome you with open arms :-)

I used to come here on a regular basis until I saw how they actually treat their customers when an issue comes up. A gentlemans machine broke and he went to get the owner who promptly looked in the machine and chastised the young man for overloading the machine and breaking it. He said VERY loudly (I was on the opposite end) that he had to be held responsible for the machine and he would have to pay for it. The young man must have said no b/c then the owner called the police to have the young man escorted out of the laundry mat. Three police cars for one person. At no point in time did the young man raise his voice or seem rude. So I just wanted everyone to know at this place, instead of it being the cost of doing business (because as an accountant I know repairs & maintenance is a tax write off when you do business), they have a 'you break, you buy' policy.
