Less than eight hours remain in the 2014-15 fiscal year, and we still need your support to continue making The College at #Brockport
the perfect place for students like Aida N'diaye to discover their potential.http://alumni.brockport.edu/give
Aida was born and raised in Senegal, West Africa. When she was 16 she moved to America to continue her education. She attended Borough of Manhattan Community College in New York City, where she received her associate’s degree in business administration. Aida then decided it was time for a change and a new challenge. “I chose to go to a small college so I could be outside of my comfort zone, learn about myself and focus more on my studies,” she says.
When Aida transferred to Brockport, one of her goals was to become involved on campus. A CSTEP/McNair scholar, Aida has thrown herself into life on campus as a French tutor, an off-campus representative for Brockport Student Government, and treasurer of the Caribbean Student Association. She also is a member of the Finance Club, African Student Union, Organization of Students of African Descent, and Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity. Through her extracurricular activities and commitment to the campus community, Aida continues to discover everything that Brockport holds for a determined student.
We are still 100 alumni donors away from meeting our goal before June 30. Please make your online gift today and help the College continue its tradition of excellence, for students like Aida and so many others. Your support is the difference!http://alumni.brockport.edu/give
