Initiated purchase process of new roof; when production supervisor came out to measure roof, he said he would call me the next day on next steps. He made no statements on purchasing the materials yet because he still had questions on 2 skylights that had to be ordered. He never called the next day (was a Thursday). From the following Monday through Thursday, I left 4 other messages for at least 3 other staff and no one responded. This is very concerning especially since a major part of their sales presentation is the quality customer service of their company and the "lifetime warranty" that they provide, which was a major reason why my wife and I agreed to go with them. I have lost all faith that they as a company can deliver on their customer service and in turn deliver on their warranty claims. As of 7/6/15, I spoke with "Mickey" from Nescor and they have already ordered the product (which no one explained to me) and will not let me out of the contract. I have explained my distrust in their customer service practices and he has no response. I have offered to buy the skylights from them and we part ways, but Mickey has said that the roof is ordered and the only way to get out of the contract is by paying 40% of the total project (about $10,000) without receiving any materials at all. Other than the skylights, Nescor can use the products they already ordered without communicating anything to me. I am willing to pay the cost for the skylights, but I do not want to be a customer of Nescor's. Nescor is forcing me to put this product on my roof when I have already explained my concerns with their service. They are citing the small print language on the back of the signed agreement holding me to this contract when they have not held up their end of the contract by notifying me of next steps in process as they stated they would. At this point, my wife and I feel like we have been lied to and now forced to agree to something that we were not promised.

Our steel roofing was installed a month ago. The quality of the roofing is excellent, It enhances the overall appearance of our home. Every aspect of the project was done with exceptional timeliness and care. From the moment the workmen arrived until the final cleanup the workmanship was professional. Pasha the supervisor of the entire project was extremely helpful, attentive and personable.

I had a very nice young man stop by my house talking about windows and how Nescor can save money on my utilities bills. So, I agreed to sign up to have someone come and give us an estimate. After spending about 2 hours with the representative, we decided to move forward and purchse the windows. They were in in less than 2 days and make the house look beautiful. It has been about 3 months since we had them out in and so far we have saved about 15% on our elecrtic bill compared to last year this time. We are very happy with the service and the products. I would reccomend them to family and friends!

I have heard all of the nightmares about home improvements. I am very happy to report that this was the opposite of everything that i have heard about OTHER companies. Nescor has been a true pleasure to deal with, and evey employee that we have come in contact with. I just love the new attic shield that I have and what a great improvment my heating and cooling bills are showing!! Thank you for making this experience such a great one!!!

Sales people were very polite and friendly. When there was a scheduling issue-they accommodated me quickly. Installation men were quick, quite and left no mess behind. Too soon to tell how much money I will be saving.

I originally purchased a Living Social Coupon for $1500 worth of gutters for $250. I called and made an appointment with Robert who told me they would be there the following morning at 10am. The next morning they were a no show no call. I again followed up and made a second appointment with the same results of a no show no call. On the third appointment I again spoke with Robert who apologized for all of the inconvenience and guaranteed me that he would be there the following morning. Again he was a no show no call. At this point I called them to inform Robert that I would be canceling my voucher with Living Social and would be following up with the BBB. He spoke with his manager (Ed Lynch) and told me that he'd be willing to set up a fourth appointment but my wife and I would have to both be there as they wanted both of us there to make any decisions. I told him that I was more than able to make this decision on my own but he stated that he needed both of us to be there. I refused and am following up with the BBB. Nescor had the offer online and when they found out I didn't want to purchase additional services they blew me off as it would not be in their best interests to come out and only do $250 worth of business. It was intentional and calculated way of making me go away instead of following through on the promotion they had offered

Nescor is a company that has been around for many many years and how do I know that...I have heard the jingle forever. ("You need Nescor now"). My family has used Nescor for many home improvement projects and services. Always courteous and professional, once when there was was an issue I called in and it was dealt with very quickly. We will use them in the future if any project arises.

Nescor was the first vendor I invited to my house to discuss replacement windows. I was a little apprehensive when the first thing they asked for was phone numbers for all my friends so they could market to them as well. Anyhow, they came to my house and did a nice presentation of their potentially very good windows. After an hour plus long presentation, the hard sell began. The salesman was shocked that I wouldn't sign on the spot and he kept dropping the price. I explained that I was willing to forgo the "best possible price" so that I could do some homework and understand the competition and prove to myself that their products were as good as they say. The salesman didn't appreciate my inquisitiveness and after THREE hours he left my house. When he left, he left me with nothing. No business card, no literature, no written quote. He promised to send them. I never received it. Two weeks later, their marketing department called to follow up on the visit and I told them that I was disappointed because I liked their products, but there was no follow through. I asked if they treated potential customers like this, how would they treat customers? Ninety minutes later I received a message from the CFO asking how he could make things right and earn my business. I left him a reply message stating that I wanted a written quote and copies of their various warrantees. I'm still waiting. They may have the best product on the market, but their high pressure sales tactics and lack of follow through have sent me to their competition.
